worst customer service experience i've ever had. guy with wrapped up dreads is the rudest person ever. they were 2 hours behind schedule and got the nerve to act like it wasn't a problem and we could go someplace else. i would not recommend this location for dog pictures. do not waste your day going to this location until he is fired. he lacks customer service skills!!!! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The cashiers are RUDE in person and over the phone. I bought my son some Nike shoes and socks for Christmas. I paid with my JCP credit card. I always get my receipts emailed to me so I don't have to worry about losing or damaging the receipt... the cashier selected "PRINT" receipt for me without allowing me to punch in my option. She then said "oh well, it's too late now!!". On Christmas Day, my son noticed that she forgot to remove the sensors from both shoes and socks. Now I'm trying to find the receipt to return the shoes and socks. I called the store and the woman in the phone was agitated that she had to answer a simple question. I HATE this location!!! Shut it down or get some employees who want to do their job without an attitude. read more

Just relocated to a new city! Was looking to buy items for a good price. Noticed this JCP had several kitchenaid items that target and other stores don't carry. Was looking to price match it to Amazon but the manager Sadye refused the price match "per their policy". Attached is their current policy, hence my frustration. This screenshot is from 9/5/21 coming from the most recent version of the JCP app ! I would not recommend this location especially if you need to price match something that's online at another retailer! read more

I specifically came to this location bc I called to confirm they had a particular moisturizer. I was happy to hear they had it bc I really didn't want to drive to Perimeter or Lenox. I get there and I'm looking around for that particular brand - La Mer. No sign of it. This Sephora store is a lot smaller and less merchandise than the other locations. I didn't see the brand so I was getting frustrated. I went to the counter for assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she was like oh yes it's right over here. I get there and it's not it. I told her La Mer and she says that's it!?! I'm looking at her like no ma'am that's a different brand and it's spelled differently. She asked who I spoke with and I told her . I can't remember her name now but it began with it T and she was working in makeup. But anyway she came over to assist and said the same thing oh yes this is it. I told her it's not it and I pulled it up on my phone so she and the other Associate can see what I'm talking about. They both were like oh I never heard of that????....Neither knew how to pronounce or spell the name of La Mer. It's French but it's noted on Sephora website they carry this brand so you should be familiar. So she apologized and offered to give me samples of other brands. I thanked her and left. I was a bit upset bc I drove about 25 min and I called before I drove there to confirm it was there. So yes I was highly disappointed . I ended up driving out to Perimeter which is 50 min from my house . I'm glad I drove out there bc it turned out to be an enjoyable time. Suggestions to the employees at Sephora Stone Crest, know your inventory and products. Confirm what you have prior to informing customers you have it. Get a clear understanding of what the customer is requesting. read more

Lines are always long even on the slowest days. But i will continue to shop here because i can afford the product.

Unfortunately, this store leaves a lot to be desired. Today was worse than usual. We were in the store at least an hour and were never greated. We were in the men's jeans section, at no point did any of the three associates come out of the quad to offer us help or work on the mess in the jeans. We also went into the fitting room in the lingerie section of the store, the cart was completely full and each fitting room was trashed. Completely unacceptable condition and the Customer Service was utterly lacking!!! Wish I could go back to a JCPenney that cares about their store and their customers!!! read more

And if they do not have what you need at that store the best store to go to is the JCPenney at the Mall of Georgia! I am offended to the upmost that I spent over $2000 in 2016 on blinds for my blinds and you took 4xs to get it right on the last order and I have yet to receive an apology, from the consultant, store manager, District Manager or anyone in this company!!! I do not plan on using my card again and complaining and telling everyone about your horrible customer service that will listen!! Had the nerve to say let us install them and then we will discuss compensation for my inconvenience and have not heard peep out of you. JCPenney has been selling appliances for about a year. The customer service is horrendous. After weeks of poor customer service, I cancelled the order. JCPenney refused to give a cancellation number in person, by email, or over the phone. The refund was supposed to be credited back to my account in 3-5 business days. After 7 business days, the account still had not been credited. I called "customer care" and was told that "they" had not processed the return and it will take another 3-5 business days for the credit!! Thousands of dollars. Rude ..no apology...!! Never Again! Only 1 star... would give 0, but that isn't an option. read more

One of my favorite stores, especially with coupons and during a sale. I had a great time shopping during Christmas season, and was there just last month in the Home department and in the Vision center. The young lady who helped me was exceptional. read more
