When I arrived at the store there was a man behind the printing desk on his phone drinking a smoothie. He told me that he couldn't do it tonight because he had "closing work." It was very clearly the same guy I talked to on the phone. I didn't know closing work, involved smoothie drinking or phone time. But clearly it does to this unprofessional man. I will say this location has very nice employees during the day, it's just clear the "B team" is who works at night. Go to FedEx instead!!

Their attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations! We live in a remote area south of Rolla and I was in town doing some shopping when my iPhone died. Neal helped me with a new battery, screen saver and screen repair. It was very evident that he loves his job and he is very good at it. Wish one could experience this level of customer service and knowledge at more businesses. I would highly recommend this location for any of your battery or repair needs!
