They also painted my mother-in-law's place in Oakley (which really came out great as you can see from the before and after pics). Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality was great. Julio from Premier Painting called me the same day I reached out, followed up by phone on day two, and showed up in person on day three with an estimate. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how he operates. The scope of work was substantial. He pressure washed the entire exterior, sanded and painted, repaired a window with broken trim, and patched concrete under the porch. The before and after photos say the rest. The transformation is genuinely dramatic. A few things stood out beyond the work itself. Julio refused any kind of prepayment and told me I could pay when the job was done. He was on site the day he said he'd be there, and the day after. The final bill matched the estimate exactly. Unfortunately I hired another contractor first that struggled with removing the wallpaper despite agreeing to the job, and I was relieved that Ramirez Brothers were able to come through for me. They were very hard workers, respectful with laying down paper all throughout the house including areas they were not painting in (but walking through) to protect the rest of the home. We ended up hiring them more jobs including painting several rooms and ceilings, as well as a full kitchen cabinet painting job afterwards. Their work is fantastic and everything looks great. We will be definitely going to them for future painting jobs.

I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Donald and his team. Some back story...i had a roof…read moreleak that affected my front porch 'ceiling'. There was a large hole that had been patched really crappy by a shoddy roofer...and they never came back. Sigh. So forward a year later and the roof had been fixed. But the porch ceiling repair needed to be done by a 'general handyman'. My goals were that i wanted the ceiling repair to look much better, for a 'scallop' texture to be matched (later learned it was plaster due to my house being built in 1960), and for the whole porch ceiling to be painted from white to a deep twilight blue. Donald and team came out and supplied an estimate that was very reasonable for the detailed work i wanted done and they felt they could knock it out in about a day. They began work and called me to inform me the roof leak was still not fixed. They could see water that had been leaking once they opened up the ceiling, and recommended that i go back to my roofer to readdress the issues. Now, this is what i love. Donald could have just done the repair, collected the money, and ran. I truly would not have known the roof was still leaking...until the ceiling collapsed again (which is how i originally learned i had a problem!). But you know what? HE DID NOT DO THAT! Talk about a man of integrity! And you know how hard that is to find these days? Especially for a 'cheap' project. Roofer came back. Fixed the problem (yes...again LOL). And then Donald followed up with the patch, scallop pattern, and paint job. Once finished, i am BEYOND pleased. I love the color. I love that the scallop pattern matches. (As a graphic designer, i am ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS. I notice.) I tipped all 3 workers (tip your people, folks!). Gave them an iced fruit bar on a hot day. Shared some laughs. Thanked them, deeply. Told them i would write a mindful review but they'd better move me to the top of the list when i hire them for any of the myriad of house maintenance projects that i KNOW will come up in the future and they will be busy! He painted the family room and the stair well over the staircase which looks really good also.
