This is a GREAT place for smoothies and a ehh place for ice cream. While the smoothies taste amazing, the ice cream is just okay. Personally, I would advice skipping it as its average flavor, small serving and hefty price. Like I said though, the smoothies are delicious and the price for them is reasonable. I highly recommend the Pina Colada smoothie, it is so YUMMY! Also, if you bring one home with you and add little coconut rum *chefs kiss* but only if you're 21+...drink responsibly!!! read more

The smoothies here are fine, but they are super sweet. I ordered a Canteloupe smoothie on my first visit. To me, it tasted more like apple or pineapple juice than it did canteloupe, so maybe the fruit juices overpowered the canteloupe flavor. It definitely wasn't what I was expecting. On my second visit, I ordered a blueberry banana smoothie. This one was a lot better and actually tasted like blueberry and banana. Again though, it was super sweet. A little over-hyped, but I'll probably be back to try other flavors! read more

I never noticed this place at the mall until now, and I love it! They don't waste anything, so they give you any extra in another little cup (which is such a plus). I miss Smoothie King in Texas, and I think this place comes pretty close to it. Haven't found another smoothie place in MA that I like as much as this one. read more

Dropped in to get a smoothie and the protegreen was a great choice! I was even given an extra tiny cup since the whole smoothie didn't fit in the to-go container. I would definitely try this if you get a chance! ALSO, not sure if I just can't taste the difference between peanut butter and banana... Good smoothies, and they give you plenty, but keep an eye on what they put in your shake. I asked for a protein shake with vanilla flavored protein and they gave me a brand of protein called "Clean Gainer" which as it sounds is a weight gainer. It's 30 g of protein, but 560 calories and 97 g of carbs. So.... right in the trash. Not trying to gain five or six pounds AFTER the new year read more

My new favorite (only?) smoothie place in the Burlington Mall! They have a good selection of fruits and options. For example, you can have a vegan drink or protein smoothies for the gym folks. I ordered the Pina Coloda one. The size is really good and you always get the entire batch they use to make your order. It all goes into one sized cup and whatever is left over is poured into a smaller cup. Already came back again and got the strawberry smoothie! read more

Decent place for smoothies and ice cream! The Tropical Fruit Smoothies counter is located on the lower level of the Burlington Mall, next to Au Bon Pain and Legal Seafoods Takeout. Tropical Fruit Smoothies serves up a good variety of made to order fruit smoothies, fruit milkshakes, protein shakes, peanut shakes, frappes, slushes (Richie's Italian Ices), ice cream, banana splits, fruit salad, and can soda. Most smoothies, shakes and frappes are $4.99-$5.99. The (non-dairy) fruit smoothie flavors (can also be mixed in pairs) include mango, strawberry, banana, pineapple, blueberry, raspberry, watermelon, and pinacolada, and milkshake flavors (can also be mixed) include banana, mango, melon, and strawberry. Healthy protein and green smoothies are also available for $7.99. While shopping at the mall, I stopped by here recently for a Mango Strawberry Smoothie ($4.99 plus tax). I work at the mall and I've been going here sooo often. You get a big smoothie plus an overflow cup for $5 and a couple pennies. You can only get a bag of chips at cvs for that money. The mango strawberry is HEAVENLY. Seriously the best smoothie ever. They probably recognize me now that I go here so often and always order the mango strawberry haha. Highly recommend. read more

It's about time Burlington got a smoothie café that isn't chain food. I enjoy this place so much. Their smoothies are always made with fresh fruit and juices. I have tried quite a few of their smoothies including the protein peanut butter one and they all have been delicious. I even at one point bought ice cream from them that was also good. The staff are also very kind and by now know me from my frequency there. I would recommend the banana blue berry or the mango watermelon smoothie! read more

This place has the best smoothies. It's all made of natural fruits and freshly crushed ice. I love the strawberry and banana smoothie and can't wait for another one. The owner JC is amazing and very friendly. The establishment is clean and very well put together. I have told my entire family and friends of JC Smoothie at the Burlington Mall and they've gone their more times than I can remember. I recommend it!! read more

Rude and dishonest! Always got smoothies at Red Mango but visited this new place after Red Mango closed. I asked for Strawberry and Rasberry smoothie which is 4.99 pretax. She charged me $50 cents more and say added Mango for me... I told her I didn't wanted Mango but she insisted that I said Strawberry Rasberry and Mango smoothie...this is not even an option on the menu and she's saying I didn't know what I ordered?? I didn't want to argue more since it looks like she has no intention to make me a new one without mango so I just paid. I don't care about the extra $.50 but being dishonest and so rude to customers is not the way to have a longlasting business... read more

I am confident you will be completely satisfied with any smoothie, milk shake,frappe, or green juice. You can add protein ,you can get vegan, any combination you can imagine. Dairy, non dairy, soy mild,almond milk, all fresh natural juices! I have to get a smoothie every time I'm near The Burlington Mall they are so delicious and the family that works there are so nice,knowledgeable about the products they sell and understand about food allergies I RECOMMEND JC Smoothies to everyone. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. Been going there for a couple years now and absolutely love this store and the employees. Khemarith and his employees always take the time to answer any questions and he is also very informative on their store barrel picks which I have tried several of and they have all been fantastic! The raffle system is a great way to generate interest in the barrel pick program. He also was able to order a special liqueur that is only available on the West Coast (Damiana liqueur). I had asked Khemarith if he could get it.... They called me the next week to let me know they had the bottle that I had inquired about! Excellent customer service. I look forward to continue shopping there and hope to attend one of the tastings / seminars sometime.
