I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

A Sears technician came to my home on August 4, 2026, diagnosed the issue, and determined that replacement parts were needed. The required parts were ordered and arrived approximately one week later. What the Business Committed to Provide: Under the terms of my home warranty agreement, Sears committed to repair covered appliances, including my refrigerator, in a timely manner. Details of the Dispute: Since the parts arrived, Sears has repeatedly rescheduled my repair appointment. For more than a month, every scheduled repair visit has either been delayed or rescheduled. As a result, I have been without a functioning refrigerator for over six weeks. In addition to the excessive delays, Sears has made it nearly impossible to obtain information about my repair status. The customer service phone numbers direct callers to automated AI systems, and I have been unable to reach a live representative to discuss the issue, obtain updates, or escalate my concerns. Attempts to Resolve the Problem: I have attempted multiple times to contact Sears for updates and assistance regarding the repair. However, I have not been able to speak with a live person, and no meaningful resolution or timeline for repair has been provided.
