Requested itemized receipt but was only provided standard receipt. * Missing property: My brand new $99 skincare product went missing after service while my other (cheaper) skincare products in the area were still present and organized. I notified management with documentation about the issue and requested reimbursement. I was told they will do an "investigation" first. Despite requesting updates I received no reply to my calls/emails for over a month. After further pressing the issue they emailed stating they will deny reimbursement because they can't prove my missing product was a "result of their cleaning". * When requesting a copy of the contract via email and phone all correspondence ceased with my emails rejected as being "blocked". I know what was in my home before the cleaning and what is no longer here. Based on the billing, missing property, and handling of my complaint, I would not hire this company again and currently filing a NC consumer complaint.

We agreed on a price, and they came today; work was top notch! They were friendly and payed attention to details that I had not noticed. I have to say, while we agreed for them to only do the baseboards, they were also dusting in certain areas! Truly and I mean this, truly a great pair .
