This company Cinch home services has proven to be the most incompetent, customer service negating,…read morepoorly run organization; I have dealt with in a very long time. I put in a claim on June 4 today is the 16th and my air conditioning has not been serviced yet. The first service contractor came out and did not announce that they were here. He sent a false statement back to the company saying that I wasn't home. Didn't bother to send a text or call. The replacement contractor that was scheduled did not want to reveal to me what their business address was. I'm was not comfortable with that and I requested that Cinch sent out a contractor that they have properly vetted A third service company came out was "Crown Air"(contracted through Cinch). Crown Air diagnosed my problem and Informed Cinch to order parts Cinch went through and an ordinate amount of time with a prior authorization process took about three days and ordered the part after they had a meeting. Cinch made delays claiming a prior authorization process take took 3 more days. Cinch approved the order BUT 48 hr later found the WRONG part was ordered (according to the service provider.) A request was made to order the correct part. Would you believe it ⁉again the wrong part was ordered‼ After spending nine hours on the phone, I finally found a supervisor who said that she would escalate this claim and order the part a THIRD TIME ‼ Wonder if I can get through the rest of the summer with Cinch still trying to figure out how to fix my AC? I've been with this company for more than 15 years when they were actually known as Sears Home Warranty. Cinch now is running the business over (about 3 to 4 years ago) well the service is abysmal .

They forgot to paint sections of the house which were easily visible upon my inspection. When they came back to finish what they had overlooked, they rushed through it. Did not sand or remove old paint before painting over it. Horrible!
