The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships. I went there picked it up, got it home, started it up and it ran for about five minutes and quit. They explained a promotion Stihl was running which would give me $650 worth of free batteries if I chose the right purchase choices.
