one of my best friends had this company hired to move her to her new place. Their services were…read morepaid for and they had six hours of billed time to load up the truck bring it to the new place unload and help help set up her stuff. she was promised three movers. She was only provided with two. the two that she had were two young guys who spent more time having a conversation with each other and arguing in another language, then getting stuff done. when the truck was finally packed it had taken them almost half the time they had to get it done. the most sickening part is when they got to the new place they told my girlfriend who is a single mother with two small children that their time was done and they would have to leave her stuff in her driveway. She said absolutely not. You cannot do that when she tried to contact the manager of the company He wouldn't answer her, and he hung up on her. He was very rude. He told her it was his day off. He is not dealing with this. They can either leave her stuff there in the driveway, or he can tell them to put it in storage and she can pay for it ! this is unacceptable how dare he treat her like that! so in conclusion, this company is a joke. Poor management poor time management skills. I do not recommend using this company.!! Please, everyone be aware! if I could leave zero stars, I would unfortunately I have to leave one!!
