Everything was so smooth from the initial inquiry to the breakdown of the jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated. We were all pleasantly surprised that NONE of the balloons popped and withstood the test... needless to say the quality of material is top tier! Also, they offered to comp gold 7-11 numbers on the arrangement for us! Overall, the communication was awesome and the setup/breakdown was great (takes about an hour) . And the bounce house itself was really clean and white bc they sanitize after every use. CONS: when they came to pick up the bounce house because the kids didn't want to stop playing, and they were so kind and asked the kids if they wanted another 10 minutes! The cherry on top was a birthday gift they gave my daughter, which was totally unexpected. It was so thoughtfully curated for her age! Clips, keychains, stickers, and body/lip scrub set. I don't know if they can continue to add this touch as they grow, but it was certainly a sweet gesture as a show of appreciation as they're starting out! These are significantly more than your average jumper but SO worth it! My daughter and her friends were still talking about it after the party was over. I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse. If you are doing it at the park you do need a permit through the city, it's easy to get. I will always recommend Jumparty! And use them for future parties.

Selena is creative with dessert items. She made cake pops and cake bars that were decorated according to the party theme. They were delicious and devoured in seconds! I didn't even get to sample them! We also rented table cloths, chafing dishes, and dessert platters from Inobia Events. They have quite a collection to pick from. Selena and Ernie are trustworthy. The celebration was in the backyard but I gave them access to the inside of the house so they can prepare the food items. They were very conscious about our belongings and surroundings. She is meticulous!! From decorations to food items. She has a lot of experience so she knows what may or may not work out. Selena also prepared some food items. She followed proper OSHA guidelines by using gloves when preparing or touching any food items as well as making sure area is clean. She made sure the buffet table was well stocked. Replenished food items as necessary. Ernie was our bartender for the evening. He has a great personality, knows many cocktail recipes, and if you have a special request, he will be sure to prepare it. Selena and Ernie are professional. They are a dynamic duo! The day of the party they had on a black and white uniform so they were easily identified when needed. Once the party ended, they cleaned and helped tear down the party rentals and decorations.
