Every month she reaches out with the schedule for the next month. When we've needed to make adjustments to schedule, she's super flexible and works with us to meet our needs. And I can't say enough about Blanca, our FANTASTIC housekeeper. She leaves our home sparkling every other Friday, leaving no detail unaddressed. From the kitchen to the bathrooms to our hardwood floor, the whole house feels fresh and inviting when we come home on these days. In addition to her fantastic cleaning service, Blanca is one of the kindest people we know...she has such a huge heart. If you give Pristine a call, I highly recommend her! I…read moreinitially had nothing to compare to Pristine since I've never had a professional housecleaning before. But now I can compare their work with another competitor in the area. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

Jazmin's Cleaning Service went well beyond a standard cleaning and made a noticeable difference in both the look and the feel of my apartment. Jazmin and her team brought a level of attention to detail that I can only describe as military-grade. Every surface, corner, and often-overlooked area was handled with care and precision. What stood out even more was the thoughtful "woman's touch" they added. The space didn't just look clean--it looked more put-together and professional. They also took the extra step of rearranging my daughter's toys, playhouses, and bathroom toys into a neat, inviting setup. Coming home to that small, thoughtful gesture meant a lot. It showed they weren't just cleaning a house; they were paying attention to the people who live in it. I highly recommend Jazmin's Cleaning Service to anyone who wants more than a basic clean--especially busy parents, students, or anyone who values reliability and genuine care. I'll be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Two hours after she and her partner came in, our bathrooms looked better than when we moved in. Omg I would eat off these fixtures. Spotless. They were also so sweet to our nosy animals, and we appreciate that. Definitely hiring them again, and they'll be our go-to after any parties we host. Within minutes I was scheduled and he sent Kizzy and Alice to help me out. For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. They took all the trash with them when they left which I really appreciated. From the quick scheduling with Alex to the incredible work from Kizzy and Alice, this was such a great experience. If you're in the South Bay and need a deep clean, VIP Maids is absolutely worth it. Walking back into my apartment afterward honestly felt like a reset.
