They cleaned my dress perfectly - it is brand new, off white lace and I dropped soy sauce on the front within five minutes of our dinner. It came back the same day completely cleaned and pressed, and I am thankful. It was pricey (we went through our hotel) but given it's a brand new dress I'd rather not wait and let soy sauce set until we get home - so I feel it was worth it.

The laundromat itself is what it is. It's not the cleanest cause it's open air but its proximity to the outer and the dining options bump it up a few points. He tried to trouble shoot, but it didn't work; he said he'd refund me the $12. 12/27 - I followed up, he confirmed he'd send refund if $12 charge didn't post. 12/31 - I followed up again about getting refunded. No answer, no refund. Jan. 13 - Still no refund. Disappointing, it's really more about the principle of doing what's right and not ripping off your customers than the $12 refund.
