I don't even know what to say, the lady at the front closed the store 20 minutes before closing time and when I got there I couldn't even get my clothes that were finished since it was already closed. She told the girl that was there hanging outside the place that I have to get it tmrw. I was sad cause I couldn't get my clothes when I thought they close at 7pm but apparently they close 6:40. As we were renting a car, we decided to look for a local laundry service. We found Plaza Laundry and took our 9 lbs of clothes to them. Very nice welcome from lady at the counter (not sure if owner or employee). Weighed clothes, paid the (very reasonable) $19 and went off to explore Waimea Canyon. Went back late afternoon and laundry was neatly folded. Great, friendly service. If you're in Kauai and need some laundry done - definitely go here (support the locals, don't give the money to NCL). read more

Out resort washer and dryers are pretty much garbage. So I tried looking for a laundromat on Yelp, and found this gem which offers wash & fold service. We had gone on an ATV Tour and our clothes for extremely dirty and muddy. I got there at around 11am at a time they were busy, and went back for it around 5pm before a luau. I just called before I went to make sure that it was ready before getting there. Everything was nicely folded and clean! read more

I would give this so called laundromat a "0" if I could, but that's not an option. Driers did not work and lady at the front refused to give us our money back. Sad thing, we not even tourist, we locals from Oahu. I can't imagine what tourist must feel like when they come to this laundromat. Save your money, go somewhere else. Auwē! read more

Best laundromat on Kauai. Love the gigantic machines that fit 2 to 3 loads and cycles are only a half hour. Best of all? Onsite friendly manager at all times keeping the place clean, machines running, have plenty of change. No fear here of who's hanging around the place like most laundromats! If you're real lucky Wheel of Fortune will be on the TV! And you can pick up a few fresh vegetables that the management or their friends bring in for sale. Never made use of the wash and fold service but I might try it out sometime soon. I see then doing it for customers and they are meticulous about it. read more

Twice while my dad was visiting me, we brought in a huge amount of laundry and the folks here got it done in three hours, washed, folded and bagged in new trash bags we were able to reuse later at home. Can't recall the exact amount, but cost is less than $2/lb., which is worth it to not roast in a public laundry while trying to scrounge quarters and buying enough laundry soap and dryer sheets. They are CASH ONLY though, so hit up an ATM before you take your dirty bibidees in to be washed!! The laundromat closes at 7pm most days, so plan to drop your clothes off before 4pm. read more

So much cheaper than hotel laundry. I had a trash bag full of clothes and it cost me $21.00 to drop it off that morning and pick it up after touring the island that day. It was all clean and neatly folded. Super convenient! The lady working there was very sweet and friendly. She had some gorgeous vegetables for sale in there too. Massive avocados for $1! Hooray for laundry service while on vacation! We stayed at the Marriott close by, but the laundry service only picked up twice a week. Drove here and they weighed my laundry, I think it was 30 cents a pound. They asked if I wanted to pick it up later that day. Fantastic!
