The setup was gorgeous; they incorporated flowers and thoughtful arrangements that made the whole spread look as good as it tasted. They didn't just drop off food and leave, either. The team stayed for the entire event to serve guests, which took so much pressure off me as the host. I actually got to enjoy my own event instead of running around managing food. At the end of the night, they packed up all the leftovers and cleaned everything so thoroughly it was like they were never there. No lingering mess, no scrambling to figure out what to do with extra food...just done. And the food itself was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful and clearly made with care. Combined with the level of service, the value was excellent; you're getting a premium experience without a premium-only price tag. Everything was really organized and they were very professional. They answered all of my mom's questions about their service and were very patient. The day of the party they arrived on time and were very nice. The food was amazing and everyone raved about how good it was. We had the ribs and chicken. The chicken was so moist and the ribs were excellent. We had a guest who needed to leave early before we were officially serving and they made her a plate before she left without her even having to ask for it. They were so thoughtful. My mom, who the party was for, has a special dietary restriction which makes BBQ a challenge for her to eat at times. They did a great job accommodating her needs so she could enjoy the food without any issues. They cleaned everything up so well afterwards that you would not have even known they were there cooking onsite. The next day the office called to see how the party went. Everyone enjoyed the mix of Vietnamese/Chinese food with a modern flair. Picanha steak and Pork Lechon were very juicy, tender and flavorful! Big hits with everyone in attendance. Especially fun since they had someone slicing the meat in person with the torch. Would definitely hire again and look forward to visiting their restaurant for our anniversary
