My initial interaction with this company started out very well..... and then it got expensive and…read moreeven more expensive due to damage during installation! I had a radio, subwoofer, and speakers installed in my bass boat last summer. I was told they would install the subwoofer in one area of the boat but later they decided to move the install inside a storage compartment of the boat, located at the bottom of the hull. After the install, I took the boat out for a quick trip only to find the damage done during the install that compromised the use of the boat due to water coming inside the crack the caused during the installation. After taking the boat up to the shop and talking to the actual worker that did the installation and seeing holes drilled in the floor, but moved to an opposite side of the compartment, no accountability for the damage was admitted. The tech/worker even said he initially was going to install on the side where the drill holes are noticeable but moved the subwoofer to the other side of the compartment when he saw the foundation (stringers) were actually located on the other side of the compartment. When I got quotes from boat repair companies that do gelcoat and hull damage work, they all confirmed that the damage was caused from inside the boat. Now I'm paying $2,500 to repair the damage out of pocket, just to be able to use the boat due to an audio installation service that was a desire instead of a necessity. If you do get any work done here, make sure you take many pictures and videos before and after, and examine all areas of your vehicle/pleasure crafts and do so while they're present to avoid the problem I'm now faced with!

While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

AS LONG AS Tim the manager/owner doesn't succeed to gouge you up by an extra $200-$400 . In that case, not worth it at all. You are most likely to have success walking in and asking for service as they don't answer their phone, but not if the salesman is busy. I was given a fuse box much too high in amperage for my equipment (The equipment will be fried long before the fuse box reaches its limit) The amplifier was, on both installations, grounded on a painted surface. If you know anything about electricity you can't/should not ground a wire to a nonconductive surface like paint... another danger to my equipment. Otherwise, they do a pretty good job. Could work on the professionalism, as I could see some people having a problem with the installation guy smoking a blunt while hooking up some wires in your trunk. Didn't bother me too much
