After doing some research for professional detailers in the area I went with CleanPRO because they had an express hand wash option for $30. The express wash entails a quick vacuum of the front driver and passenger areas, hand wash, and hand dry. This does not include any waxes, polishes, sealants, and the like which are either included in different packages or available as add-ons for an additional price. I went with the express wash because I recently had body work done and I cannot get any waxes or coatings until the paint fully cures. I am overall satisfied with the work they performed. One thing I would recommend is to do a walk-around with a microfiber cloth when you get home and clean off some of the water spots on your car. I wish the detailer spent a little extra attention drying the water off the vehicle, but I may be nitpicking for a $30 hand wash. I had to do this in the past at automated car washes that hand dry your vehicle, but their MO is to pump out cars quickly. I expected a professional detail to have a bit more care and attention. Perhaps the higher-tiered packages will yield better results. However, this is a small inconvenience I am willing to overlook to protect my cars paint. All in all the professionals over at CleanPRO do a very good job at excellent prices. I want to mention that this review is based solely on my own personal experience and by no means is a reflection of the overall work that CleanPRO performs. This review is based only on the express exterior wash and does not reflect any of the other work they perform. Everyone's experience will be different. Give them a chance!

With the car, it's like he turned back time to when it was brand new, and the house looks like it has just been painted instead of just cleaned. His pricing was beyond reasonable (even when you figure in the credit card surcharge) and he shows up when he says he will, complete with automated appointment reminders. All you have to do is be home and let him know if you can provide access to power and water. We will definitely have him back regularly.

For reference, my receipt information is as follows: Exterior #53hz7 Docket #53hz7 date 12/12/26 11:45 am The location appears to be operating under a new system that only allows one car at a time, with just two employees at the register and two handling interior details. Unfortunately, this staffing level is insufficient to deliver the level of service customers expect. As a result, my vehicle was left drying in the sun, which caused noticeable water spots. I ultimately had to rewash and dry the car myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for professional service. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. When customers pay for premium services such as autogloss and tire gloss, they should reasonably expect their vehicle to be properly cared for and finished without issues that require additional work on their part. He claimed he could get a refurbished engine at a discount through his commercial account, and quoted $3,100 for the engine and $2,200 for installation. At first, it all sounded legit. But after paying, I quickly realized how shady it really was. * He only gave handwritten paper receipts * No engine documentation * No warranty paperwork * No breakdown of the labor * The mechanics refused to speak to me, saying I had to talk to him directly * And when I asked how they priced the job without even inspecting my car, I got NO answers Every time I asked for clarity, I was told to "relax" -- and then he started communicating only with my fiancé. At one point, he literally told him: "Don't let her get in your head." Excuse me? I'm the one paying. I'm allowed to ask questions. When I asked for a refund, he flat-out refused until I mentioned taking him to court -- then he suddenly said he'd refund some of it, but keep 25%, which was NEVER mentioned before and isn't in any written agreement. And let's be clear -- I've since learned this isn't just about repairs. His used cars are known to break down just months after purchase, according to other people who've dealt with him. I've filed a complaint with the Delaware DOJ Consumer Protection Unit and will be pursuing legal action. This business is not trustworthy, and families deserve better.
