I've known the Stein family for years. My mom's engagement ring came from Jimmy and both of my…read morebrother's purchased their engagement rings from Jimmy as well. Most recently I got to work with Edward on a special, unique purchase. Thankfully through the use of technology, social media, and a long history of trusting Stuart Kingston, I was able to buy the ring of my dreams. Edward walked/talked me and my mom (she in Delaware and I in Boston) through the purchase of a spectacular ring that I first saw on their Instagram page! Living in Boston (with an ongoing global pandemic) it was not exactly easy to pop down to Delaware and try on the ring. That's where Edward and Jimmy are so great. My mom was able to stop by, see the ring in person while on FaceTime with me, while Edward educated me about the stone and it's history. In less than 24 hours the ring was mine! A few weeks later it had been sized, delivered, and was on my finger. Knowing Edward and trusting in Stuart Kingston, made buying my ring (literally unseen in person) an amazing and exciting experience. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we are so thankful to have had the expertise and accommodations offered by Stuart Kingston.

They had my ring for over a month & I called them & asked when my ring would be ready. Finally at the beginning of July & picked up my ring. I was driving home when the so called emerald that they replaced fell out of my ring. Called the immediately & they said to return the ring. I had the stone that fell out. Went back & the next day they called & said the ring was finished. I picked up the ring & noticed that one of the main emeralds had been removed & 2 very bad stones were replaced. I only needed on stone replace, which was low quality. I knew the original stone was taken out. I went to a very reputable jeweler & they told me that the stones were broken & they were glued in (should not be glued in a channel set ring). Beware if you bring in jewelry to be repaired. They are not REPUTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Again beware!!!
