Great down home cooking. We didn't have to wait long before our food came out hot. And as a coffee drinker I have to give it a five star. We were greeted with a smile and I will waitress kept checking up on us. We will definitely be back.

DAD & GIRLS NEW ICE CREAM PLACE ADVENTURE!!!…read more Wanted some ice cream on a Sunday and most places close early. We found Asian Bowl open and we found they had more than just Ice cream!!! We stuck with Ice cream and they had Boba drinks so of course they had to try that as well. Food to Value Ratio: OK, I paid 17$ for 1 scoop on 1 cone x2 and a Boba drink. This is normal rates now, but the ice cream scoop was a bit on the small side for the price. The Ambiance was nice a bit basic in the sense of nothing really stood out as WOW. Check out the pics, some anime pics, a couple boba posters and a photo spot. The pink benches were comfortable. The ice cream was good, but pretty much like any other ice cream spot around that's not a Dairy Queen, definitely better than Dairy Queen!!! The boba tea was good and the boba was not stale as some other places around the area. Service was ok, the young man was not very engaging and his customer service smile/happiness needs improvement, but it wasn't bad, just could have been allot better!!! We would go back to try some other things they had and I will follow up with future reviews if we do so. AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

Nice food, dessert, and drink options available. They have poke bowls that include 3 side toppings…read morewith the fish protein, but I asked for it to be vegetarian and was offered the rice bowl plus 5 toppings. Edamame is available as a good protein substitute, though it would be nice if tofu was an option. Nori (seaweed) was an option for seasoning, but I was given Bonito flakes which are made from fish instead. I don't eat fish, so I had to scrape it off when I got home. I ordered a taro milk tea with crystal boba which was delicious and had a thick, creamy texture. The food is made in a kitchen in the back, and the beverages and ice cream desserts are made behind the counter. There was only one employee working the restaurant, and she was great. There is plenty of seating inside and a big screen tv playing Dragon Ball Z.

Thats that me EXpresso! Hah, this unassuming store front in a strip mall boasts some buzz words…read moresuch as expresso (not espresso) on the windows. When you walk in, the place is quite empty. She has a few coolers to display her Cheesecake, but some a completely empty. Now the cheesecake does look good, but we came for the Coffee! We were in the area and found this. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and actually, she made a mean latte. I was quite impressed! I was a bit skeptical, due to how the placed looked on the inside but having a real espresso machine was a good 1st step. I had a vanilla latte which was delicious. Also the prices were fair, just over $5 for the latte. I wish i wasnt full and would have tried some cheesecake! Next time maybe...

New Place for us!…read more FAMILY COFFEE & DRINK ADVENTURE!!! Saw this place one night next to the Hibachi we always go to in Winter Haven, check out my review for Hibachi Express winter haven, Fl. Was super excited to bring my wife here the next day as it was her Birthday and she LOVES COFFEE!!! To keep it short It's a nice place, things are pricey, especially the Cheesecakes and it was just ok in comparison to other Winter Haven Coffee Hot spots - Haven anyone??? We were going to do coffee and cheesecakes for a Birthday Breakfast, but WOW, the cheesecakes were like 8 something a slice and they are small for the price. I don't care how good they are they are not a good Food to Value in my pockets opinion. We were there so we got drinks. 1 medium caramel macchiato for the Wife and it was very caramel sweet, not a good ratio in her opinion. We ordered a cappuccino, quad shot espresso, that I was charged for 2 espressos for instead of 1$ per extra shot like most other places. 2 Teas and it was over 30$. All the drinks could have been better. None of us really enjoyed them. Got the Fam some cake pops for 2.25 each everyone said they liked them. The service was good, only 1 kid working by themselves and it did take time for the drinks to be made. Luckily no one else was there so he was able to focus solely on our order. They were also out of a few different drinks the girls wanted first, so they had to choose a tea that was not really the best. My little one had the frozen hot cocoa and they enjoyed it. All in all we would most likely only stop back for coffee if we were in the area. It is a Sunday and we want coffee out, but not good enough to drive past our go to's for coffee on the other 6 days. Cheesecakes looked good, but for the price of 3 slices. I can buy a whole cheesecake and add my own toppings. AS ALWAYS, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!
