I looked like a white Tina Turner with a foe it felt dry and crunchy. It's absolutely horrible. After many hair mask treatments by myself using Sally's bond bar products, I got softer. I sent the owner videos of my hair. She offered free treatment. I went to 3 different salons right after may 9th, and all 3 said it was over processed, brittle lots of breakage. I asked if there was any treatments that would fix it? Not really, it was to damage. As of today I have lost 50% of my hair. I would never go back or recommend them for perms.

I will say, at other salons I've walked out with celebrity hair and it's fun for the day but then I've never been able to replicate the look. I went in with a lot of long hair and showed her a pic of an asymmetrical bob and even though there were a few people ahead of me, I was loving my new hair and out the door in 45 minutes.
