Once again today she transformed my look to exactly what I was seeking. I turn 50 next week and needed a change. Longer extensions and lighter shade of brown. Finally. 4 years later I've finally found someone who can cut my hair. I'm not saying other places…read moreweren't good. They just weren't great or even knew the style cut I wanted. I found Salon Surrey from someone I just met who had not only had amazing color but a perfect haircut that moved so beautifully and I just had to know where she went. Her stylist is Kailea, obviously an amazing stylist but when I reached out to the salon through Yelp (response time also amazing) and asked if there was a stylist who could do a butterfly or wolf cut, the owner recommended Jenna so I trusted that and booked it. So glad I did. Not only did Jenna know what a butterfly cut was, it was her favorite cut and DID she nail it! So over the moon with my new cut. I booked an appointment for my daughter right away with Kailea as she had an opening for the day we needed as Jenna was booked. But I've seen Kailea's work first hand and know that she will be in great hands. I don't think you can go wrong with anyone at this salon but Jenna and Kailea are brilliant stylist. Thank you Jenna for the best cut and head massage (did I mention they do a nice little massage when they wash your hair) I've ever had since moving to South Carolina.

There is a way to state that you're closed online (like you did after the hurricane), so why let people make purchases and spend hundreds (or more) before the holidays and not be able to pick up what they've paid for? Yes, I know that it's "pending" until it's picked up, but come on! This is ridiculous and if I'd been treated like a customer instead of a hassle, I wouldn't even be making this review. Now, I have to put it on all of my social platforms, because what reputable business does this? I'd rather go straight to the manufacturer or Sephora, as I should've.

Should have been obvious. I told her I came for a haircut. Ignoring the completely empty salon, she told me everyone was busy, and I could make an appointment for the following afternoon.
