I hired Brenda to clean my one-bedroom, one-bath property, but unfortunately the unit was not…read moreproperly cleaned. When I arrived to inspect the property, multiple areas that should have been part of a basic cleaning were still dirty. The vent had visible dust buildup, the stove grates still had grease, and the range hood and backsplash had residue and streaks. Inside the cabinets there were stains and marks that had not been wiped down, and the top of shelving still had dust and debris. In the bathroom, the toilet base area appeared unclean, and the shower head had heavy mineral buildup. Even the refrigerator had food residue and ice buildup, which should normally be addressed during a turnover clean. Because the unit was not guest-ready, I contacted Brenda and requested a refund for the cleaning service, but she informed me she could not provide a refund. As a property owner who depends on cleaners to prepare units for guests, attention to detail and reliability are extremely important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service for turnover cleaning.

I would not hesitate to use these folks again or hesitate to recommend their services…read more On very short notice, they were able to send a couple of folks over to clean my place out after it was vacated. How they were exceptional: * While other places I called could not accommodate me for a week or more, they offered to send someone over the same day or next. This was great because my plan to move everything out got moved up and this let me get on with my life sooner. Maybe I just got lucky, but when someone picks up your call at 7:45 am and tells you that they can help you that day with a large project, that's great. * they were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am, and arrived at 8:15 am ready to go. I wasn't quite ready for them and happily offered to wait until 9:00 am to start. That was amazing. * Toilets: my toilets had developed "rings" due to non-use and I had tried everything to get them clean. I used all sorts of harsh chemicals and YouTube tricks but couldn't cure the problem. I don't know how they did it. * attitude: the cleaners were just good people, courteous, and seemed really interested in just making sure I was satisfied with the result. * last point: this is a plus and a minus, so you can judge for yourself. I had a patio that was a bit messy. And they cleaned that. I wasn't expecting it be cleaned because it wasn't, to my knowledge, agreed that they would clean it. In the process of unexpectedly cleaning the patio, they threw out something that definitely looked like trash but wasn't, so I was a little sorry to see that go (also, I literally said "if you find anything here, it's trash"). Basically, the crime here was going too far above-and-beyond, so it wouldn't deter me from using them again and shouldn't deter you either. And, of course, the job was thorough and well done. Five stars.

He didn't know where his employee was. He called me back and said "she isn't answering her phone, so , sorry." There was no real concern or effort to fix the problem. I had no time to complete the cleaning I was hoping for, for an event in our home. It caused enormous stress and put a damper on what was supposed to be a really fun day. I ignored the bad yelp reviews on here, figuring they were just disgruntled customers. Don't be like me. This guy would rather lose a job and the possibility for future work than try to solve a problem. Pick another company. This one is a no. Zero stars.

Let me start by saying, Ezabel and her company have restored my faith in on-time service and going…read morethe extra mile as a business. My wife and i keep our home very tidy. Usually we both take a Saturday twice a month when were both home to deep clean, scrub and clean ALL DAY! that was before she got pregnant. In the beginning is wasn't too bad, I am starting to travel more for work and when I'm gone to different time zones and I get back Friday, I'm super burnt out and looking forward to the weekend, not to cleaning. My wife was pretty good with keeping up on the cleaning since she's off work for the pregnancy and able to be home full time. However, her belly is getting so big at 28 weeks she has a hard time bending over and reaching to clean. So during the week she rests and things start to pile up. I tried another cleaning service that I read the bad yelp reviews AFTER I hired them, saw an Instagram ad between the stories and decided they looked professional enough to hire while I was away at a company trade show. They came to the house while I was away, but my wife was home. I paid a negotiated rate for 3hrs of cleaning. The lady came and was extremely slow. Our house ain't that big, it's 2,000sqft 3 beds 3 bath home, we only occupied the Master bedroom with attached bathroom, living room and kitchen, the other 1/2 of the house was untouched and not lived in, because it's just us, and we have no children. The lady used the whole 3 hours and never got past the kitchen, my wife called me and she said this lady is dragging and milking the system, probably because it was the negotiated rate for 3hrs. But anyways, she left and she was super unhappy, I came home that Thursday night after traveling for a week to start cleaning whatever the lady didn't finish, which is the living room and the master bedroom/bathroom. She did a good job on whatever she cleaned but the counter tops and microwave don't take no 3 hours to clean. I explained that to Ezabel, and to be honest I was nervous cause it wasn't cheap to have 1 lady come out and dick around for 3 hours wiping down my microwave and counter tops. Ezabel reassured me that her people are fast, don't waste time and work....after my last experience I was like "ya right, we'll see about that" Well she was right, I got 2 ladies for 2 hours, one cleaning upstairs in the master bedroom/bathroom and one downstairs cleaning the kitchen and living room. And DAMN! They did a GREAT job, actually when I clean I get the shower sparkling white but never mess with the glass surround which has hard water spots. Well they got the hard water spots off AND cleaned the shower, tub and bathroom sinks and counter sparkling clean. I look at all my furniture downstairs and upstairs and there ain't a speck of dust on em. I thought when I put in effort and bust my ass to clean that I could do a pretty good job. Nope! Not even close these ladies killed it, did a wayy better job than I ever could and did it in 2 hours...literally killed it in 2 hours. I'm very happy, we have now hired them on a bi-weekly schedule until the end of the year when my wife gives birth. Will be using them again, and again and again. I don't trust anyone else after this great experience I had.

Posted proof of being SCAMMED by this crap business. $540 to half-ass clean 1300 sqft. Stay FAR away from this business. Check the screenshots . As you can see, the owner is a liar. They've clearly done business with me and I stand by what I said. They did a half-ass job cleaning a 1300 sqft condo. How does it take 2 cleaners 4 hours to clean it? I could have cleaned it myself in an hour. They didn't even clean the showers. Cleaning the toilet and wiping down the counter is NOT deep cleaning the bathroom. This was my first and LAST time ever hiring a cleaner. I can clean far better than these clowns myself. I'll never trust a cleaner ever again. Professional, yeah right. Stay FAR away from these guys. Probably better off just cleaning it yourself. Not worth anywhere near $540 to clean 1300 sqft.... That's RIDICULOUS!
