I've been practicing 30 plus years everywhere from Los Angeles to San Francisco to New York. The classes in big cities tend to be stricter, and take the same approach bikram himself takes when he teaches. Sonoma has only one or two teachers who take this approach and although everyone's complaining I have to say- for bikram lovers - the hard core teaching is amazing. You would not get upset at your personal trainer for pushing you, so why is this any different? I'm a person who needs extra help staying disciplined and a good, strict bikram teacher can be the best thing ever.

Through her training and experience she is able to find the points of tension or tightness easily. I'm an athlete, and I have several areas that are often troublesome. She worked on them with just the right amount of pressure and dilligence to provide good relief! Though Sally is very strong and has the capacity to apply deep pressure to trouble spots if needed, she is communicative and can adjust. She is responsive and thorough. She's also worth every penny! I won't waste my money going to anyone else for massage after being treated by Sally!
