Cardio, weights, body sculpting and stretching are all included in this workout with great music. What's not to love.

The best classes are the yoga ones, any aqua one, and the total body conditioning. I think the price of a membership is reasonable because you can go to any YMCA and all of their facilities are clean and have great weight rooms!

They work very hard to help us older adults get fit and stay healthy, AND they are respectful, friendly and responsive . The exercise equipment is almost the same as you would find in very expensive studios, so why pay more for "the same thing?" The front desk staff used to be friendlier (they looked at people as they walked in) and more helpful (they could describe each class). Now they apparently have so much work to do on computers, that looking up at every person would interrupt their work so often that they couldn't accomplish enough. The sound systems in the gym have improved, and I'm glad that the leaders there don't BLARE the music at us. They usually provide music that is "age appropriate" for older adults. I wish that the volume in the upstairs studio were NOT so loud!

My sister had joined Hotworx shortly after Krystle did and I had been meaning to try a free class with them for some time. After setting up my initial free class with Haley the three of us managed to finally take one of these virtual sauna classes together. It was super fun and I was absolutely down to supplement my powerlifting workouts with these quick and intense workouts in the saunas. It's been a little over a month since I joined and I have loved being able to sign up for classes at any time of the day in a 24 hour period, being in the sauna by myself or the max of 3 people. It has been the perfect self care regimen I've needed since the weirdness of the pandemic and the world getting to a new norm. I know I'll keep coming back to this location to workout with my sister and Krystle as well as one that's opening up near where I live. Thank you Hotworx midtown for helping me realize what my mind and body need to be the warrior woman I am!

I really enjoy how I am able to choose different workouts throughout the day. I usually do an ISO and a HIIT workout when I'm there. Cycle is probably the one I do most, but there is something I like about all the different workouts. All my friends know I'm an avid Hotworx member. Hotworx has helped me to reach some of my fitness goals. I'm going to keep coming back.

I love that this location is near a few great dining places as well. It makes it easy to put in an order for pick up on your way out from working out. The workout studio is fairly large compared to the other studios I've been to. Rather than a typical L shape I'm used to the studio is a large room with the rowers and treadmills positioned across from each other on one side near the windows and the weight floor is to the left. There's enough space for a 3 group comfortably without having to move around too much to avoid being in someone else's space. Just like the other studios there are showers and toilets available for use. Near the locker area there are also two vanity areas for you to get ready for the rest of your day with hair dryers and other essentials one would need. I love that Orangetheory offers these amenities especially for those who go straight to work or an event after working out. I know I'll be coming back to this location again soon when they all open up again. I appreciate the how central it is to other places and love the ample parking and proximity to great food joints like foodies and that bison burger place.

For the treadmill you choose your pace depending upon if you see yourself as a walker, jogger or runner. You wear a hear monitor to be able to judge how hard you are working. Use your scores to push yourself. The staff here are super helpful to show new people how to use everything and they can help you modify anything if you have any injuries. I will definitely return when I am in Omaha again.
