I started Jazzercise 1 year ago this month during the MAY FREE DAYS!! BEST decision I have made in a long time!! A one hour calorie burning dance session with your friends, how can you resist? And I do mean with your friends. Everyone is so warm and welcoming from the instructors to the others taking the class. It has turned into my social hour with my girls! There is a variety of ages in every class from the "Girl Force" 16 yr olds all the way up into the 70's. It is truly for everyone no matter your exercise level and experience. The center is cool, clean and outfitted with all the equipment you may need, so you don't even have to buy weights, bands, balls or mats. If you like to dance, love to meet new, fun people, and want to get some exercise in, Jazzercise is for you!!!! This location offers classes starting at 5:30am until the last class finishes at 9pm. Aerobic exercise combine with strength routines make for a full body workout that's super fun!!!!! Plus there's free child care for most of the offered classes. Try it out - look for a Groupon - go with a friend... you'll be so glad you did. I was invited to come by a friend I had made at Weight Watchers. I know I needed some form of a regular exercise routine and Jazzercise turned out to be the exact right fit. The instructors are all positive and professional and the group of people that you have the opportunity to work out with make the experience like a huge group hug. You need to give it a try. Love the classes! Instructors are fabulous and the workout is great! Not the 80s class you may think when you hear "jazzercise". The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars was the price. The classes are great and there is babysitting, but monthly memberships are a little pricey. I will keep my membership up (and I have for years), but it's hard to recruit friends to join. Come try it out when they have free trials or deals. You may get hooked! read more

I love going to Jazzercise! The music is great and the instructors are fantastic. There are plenty of classes to choose from so I never have an excuse to not go. When I had gym memberships I always had trouble finding time in my schedule along with trying to find someone to babysit my child. With free child care service I never have that worry anymore. read more

LOVE Jazzercise - Good workout with cardio + strength + stretch, good music, great instructors & friends. I do low impact with modifications for knees & neck issues.
