Yum-ola! Misty was our server and she was excellent! We were staying at the Hard Rock and wanted to dine offsite and as we all know, pool time works up quite an appetite so Italian for dinner was definitely in our cards. Upon entering, its a dimly lit restaurant best suited for adults. The cocktail menus feature several martinis and wines, mostly by the bottle, but a few by glass choices. We started with the fried ravioli as an appetizer which comes four to a plate. I do think this restaurant is more expensive than what Yelp indicates; the least expensive dinner option is around $16 with the most expensive being around $60. One of my girlfriends who had somewhat of a queasy stomach from too much sun ordered a side of mashed potatoes and one of the pasta sides. My sister and I split the eggplant parmesan and of course, I requested alfredo sauce to be swapped in for the usual marinara which Misty and her cooks were very easily able to accommodate. Everything was so flavorful and tender! We all finished our plates clean! The split dish option ($4) is nice and they'll even split your starter salad for you. The bread they give is DIVINE! Oh, we even split a glass of wine as per Misty's suggestion so I definitely think they are open to split checks and all that granted your party isn't too big. We were pretty stuffed after dinner so we passed on dessert but I can't wait to come back to Biloxi and dine here again! read more

I went to Jazzeppis last evening meeting up with lady friends. After chatting and laughing a lot we decided to order from the appetizer menu! Everyone was thrilled! I had the marinated crab claws ! Oh, my goodness !! Some others ordered pizza, soft shell crabs, etc. we were all pleased. Don't tell anyone but Wednesday is ladies' night!! Special drink prices and 1/2 price appetizers!! I can't agree with Rick M more, Jazzeppi's is one of Biloxi's ***** star dining establishments. Whether you are stopping in for a drink at the bar or coming in for a full course meal, you will definitely leaving feeling full and satisfied. I had a pecan crusted fish (*****) which was excellent. I am not one for nuts in my food (Except for Thai) but this accent really dressed the dish nicely. The complimentary warm bread and salads were excellent and the ambiance is great, whether you are stopping in for a martini or eating out on a date. Be careful the entrees here are a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for and you will not leave unhappy. The waiter service is great and sure beats the hell out of casino dining... read more

This is another restaurant that my wife and I tried mainly because of a local promotion where you can purchase a $50.00 certificate for $25.00. And due to a recommendation by one of my wife's coworkers. This is a fine dining restaurant located in Biloxi where you can dress formal to casual. They are open for dinner only and have a limited menu, smaller than shown on their website. I chose, hesitantly, the "Veal Mattina", paneéd veal with shrimp, jumbo lump crabmeat, crawfish tails and artichoke hearts in a Chardonnay cream sauce, served over angel hair pasta, and my wife picked the classic lasagna. Well hell, I was amazed at the flavors that "exploded" in my mouth. The veal was tender and the layers of flavor were a delight. My wife's dish was very good also. I would recommend ordering wine with this meal as I chose water. The wine I think would add even more to it. You are started with fresh, hot bread and butter. The service was excellent as well. We had a couple of beers and some wine along with our appetizers of Artichoke & Spinach dip with fried bow-tie pasta and fried crabs legs. It was GREAT! Well, it was NOT a good experience. The calamari was more breading than calamari and very hard pieces. The broccoli was spoiled (rotten, bad), The mushrooms were subpar and the garlic mashed potatoes were hard and dry. The steak was tasteless and needed steak sauce to give it any kind of flavor and they didn't even have steak sauce! We were there from 7 PM to 8 PM and were the only people seated in the dining room. My wife and I along with another couple were staying at a beach house here in Biloxi for the week. We have tried new restaurants based on Yelp reviews every night and have had positive experiemces.....until tonight. The service was good, as was the bread. Other than that I have nothing positive to say. The decor is very 'Olive Garden-ey", the salads were way over dressed, and everyone's food was less than appetizing. Furthermore, my veal picata was pink the first time it was served. When I was finally brought something that was actually cooked, it wasn't much better. In fact, upon tasting it I wasn't even sure it was veal. Stringy, tough, and just disgusting. The breading was an oily mess that slipped off, and the lemon used as a garnish was slimy. Overall a failure, and a big disappointment for the money (or really any money). No alcohol or appetizers, the bill for my wife and I was $55. I've had better Italian food (or food in general) in the form of Marie Callendar's microwave meals. If you have taste buds, steer clear of this place. There is a large bar area, and I wonder if many of the positive reviews came after spending an extended period at the bar.... read more

Had dinner here while staying with friends in a beach house nearby. Our waitress was friendly, but the food was not good. Our salads were swimming in dressing, but the garlic bread was good. My Chicken Ruffino was so dry I could barely cut through it and the shrimp were very chewy. The sauce for the angel hair pasta it came on was full of pepper, but lacked any flavor. My husband's Veal Piccata was pink the first go round and when they brought it back out, the breading was slimy soft and looked non-edible. Be warned now that the bar area was packed, but the dining room was almost empty, so maybe some of the good reviews come from people at the bar after they have had a few. Lastly, this should be a 3 star restaurant, as for the two of us, with only two meals and nothing else, the total was $55. read more

Great food and great service! We had a wonderful meal at Jazzeppi's. The crab cakes were amazing, our steaks were cooked perfectly and the tiramisu was delicious. We will definitely be going back to Jazzeppi's in the future! Our waitress, although I can't remember her name, was on it! Service is very important to me and she really did a great job. We are Northern transplants and have been hard pressed to find a restaurant we absolutely love. I think we found it! Another thing I would like to mention is that when we checked the menu here on Yelp we thought for sure it wasn't the whole menu, it is the whole menu! They do have specials as well. I had read somewhere they do pizza but they do not. If I had one negative thing to say about Jazzeppi's it would be that they do not have a website. Warren the bartender is, well, more than just a bartender. He's a gentleman. The dining experience was A+... his wine and food recommendations were top notch, etc. Then came the gesture that startled me... before pouring our wine, he took out the wine glasses and checked them against the light, to ensure cleanliness and sparkle, I suppose. And then he took out a fresh napkin and polished the zones near the lip that he found to be less than 100%. What a guy. He gives a hoot! I'm not on good terms with germs, so this was an occurrence more appetizing to me than being presented with a killer entré. And then came the good stuff... We saw him gather up a jacket, and bustle a bit. We asked him what he was doing. There were two ladies who'd walked from a hotel to the restaurant, and now it was time to leave, and Warren was going to drive them back to their hotel, because the restaurant (and Warren) didn't want them walking back alone at night! What a cavalier. To top it all off, we learned Warren is a great father to a daughter of whom he's very proud... and she's at law school. Big kudos and respect to Warren. We walked in at 9:25 last night, because the info on our phone said they were open until 11:00. We were told that the dining room (for formal menu) closed at 9:30 but she would check with the kitchen staff. Our server insisted on seating us in the dining room. I told her, repeatedly, that we didn't realize the dining room closed at 9:30, and we'd be fine to order from the bar menu. She came back to say we could order from the main menu. She was over the top nice, warm and accommodating. Our food came out hot and delicious. I was so impressed by their handling our being there so late. Great experience. read more

My wife and I are frequent visitors to the Beau Rivage Resort. We always go to Jazzeppi's at least once on every trip. The classification of this restaurant as pizza is just wrong!! This is both a full Italian and Creole restaurant and a great bar. Always check the daily special as they are exceptional. All seafood menu items are fresh off the boat. The evenings we spend here are always special and memorable. This is less than a $10 taxi ride from most of the casinos and resorts in Biloxi. read more

Had dinner here last night with my wife. This place is awesome. I have been here few times and it never disappoints. We started off with some marinated crab claws that were great. Those were followed up with the Jazzeppi Caprice Salad. The Balsamic dressing on this thing is ridiculous. Our entrees were just as tasty. I had the prime steak filet (medium rare) topped with a crab and mushroom sauce that made my eye roll back it was so good. The steak also came with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. My wife had the baked veal parm that was equally as tasty. We finished the evening off with two Godiva Chocolate martinis. These things are dangerous but oh so good. Wow! The wait staff is very attentive. Our waiter was very laid back and pleasurable. We will eat here again the next time we are in town. read more

The place is awful. It has a noticeable smell of mold. The prices are way too high for the quality of food you receive. I ordered the chicken ruffino and every ingredient was old and prepackaged. They just combined old ingredients and charge you $27.00 for it. The chicken was slimed, the shrimp still had she'll on it, and the artichoke was tangy which is a clear sign that it is not fresh at all. When I returned the food I still was charged but they were so lovely as to what take 10% off and no manager came over to apologize or ask what happened. Never will come here again!!!!! read more

Excellent family-run place in downtown Biloxi. Service was excellent and I was seated quickly. It's known as a great Italian restaurant but I was in a steak mood and ordered the ribeye. I didn't get a steak knife when it was delivered...but I didn't need it. Ribeye with baked potato was so juicy and very tender I cut it with the table knife. House salad with vinaigrette dressing was delicious. Oh, and the rolls...yeah...soft and warm they were so good! After meal I had to indulge and ordered the Tiramisu. It was a huge piece. All in all very pleased with this great local place that eclipses so many casino restaurants in value, service, and quality. Highly recommend this on your next trip to Biloxi. read more

HORRIBLE!!! WHAT HAPPENED?? Went to dinner with friends and a chain of bad events happened. First, ordered a $58 bottle of Ruffino Chianti that I know well and they delivered the cheapest version of the Ruffino...not the same....I called it to the waitress' attention and nothing but BS in return. Next steaks were cold and she delivered the wrong sides. I would say this place is headed out of business if they do not get their formula back.. This is beyond ridiculous. Was in Biloxi on business for several weeks and found this out of the way place on the Poynt app. Had several meals there, price's were reasonable and none were disappointing, portions were more than ample. Misty is the waitress/bartender and she works hard, never stops. Met the owner's Bubba and Sharon, very down to earth and personable people. My and my Wife's very first impression was the train tracks & loudness as we pulled into the parking lot, very unpleasant. Dining area looked nice from what we could see but was very dark and noticed strange odors mixed with cigarette smoke . Our drinks were wonderfully filled with alcohol but our food took forever and definitely wasn't the best ! After eating authentic Italian & cooking in New York City I must say there is a reason why you don't order Italian food in the state of Mississippi . There's no way their cook or chef is Italian. Desert was descent but did'nt taste homemade. After dinner I went to use the restroom and walked into the kitchen and noticed it being probably the most disgusting kitchen I had ever seen and smelled like something was dead.
