My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

The grill operator could not get the grill lit for over an hour and a half. As a result, the food was almost TWO HOURS late. Most of our guests ended up leaving without ever eating. Imagine hosting a graduation party for 75 people and having almost no food available during the actual event. To make matters worse, when we politely asked for updates, the man cooking became rude and dismissive. His response was essentially, "I'm stressed." Well, so were we -- we were trying to host dozens of hungry guests while watching the entire event fall apart. At the end of the night, no apology, refund, or meaningful attempt to make things right was offered. We were simply told to "call Monday." After following up, the best they offered was $100 back for a completely ruined catering experience. This was beyond unacceptable. The food delay, poor communication, rude attitude, and lack of accountability completely ruined an important once-in-a-lifetime celebration for our family. I would never use them again and strongly caution others before trusting them to cater an important event.
