She is a detailed, positive dog trainer, who is also great at training us, on how to properly walk our dog Charlie. He had issues barking at other dogs and thanks to her he is becoming more calm and we have learned how to work with him to curb his behavior. It has come to our attention that there is another dog trainer in the area who got a similar company name to Jenina and he is awful. Some of the criticism of him has been accidently hurtled at Jenina. This is truly unfortunate for her and I hope the facts come to light!

I deleted my initial review - however I am extremely shaken up from my experience that was far from…read morenormal. During a scheduled walk, the walker lost my house keys, which had my full address labeled on them. I was in therapy and unable to respond for about 30 minutes. When I did, I had to explain that the keys were labeled with my address; only then did the company bring up calling a locksmith. As a result, my 10-year-old dog was left outside with the walker for an hour, and would have been outside for much longer if a friend hadn't picked him up. It took 3 hours to resolve this issue. The company did pay for the locksmith, but communication was limited unless I initiated it in regard to status of the locksmith, and the owner said she would look for the keys but did not. I was also charged a cancellation fee on a separate day, despite explaining I cancelled because my grandmother had passed away and I had stayed home from work. They also charge $10 extra for "a late booking". Based on this experience and the safety concerns involved, I would not use this service again. The owner communicated with me respectfully but again my safety (single woman living alone) and my dog's safety were jeopardized - while the issue was resolved I'm shocked it happened in the first place. I'm sure this company delivers great services outside of this mistake but I can't keep this to myself as it was extremely upsetting and has NEVER happened in my 10 years of being a dog owner using multiple services.

He was incredibly kind, attentive, and loving with our pups, and it was so obvious how comfortable and happy they were with him. In fact, I think it's safe to say they are now completely obsessed with Rhett. It means so much to us to know they were not just being well cared for, but were getting so much genuine affection and attention while we were gone. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. We're grateful to Dog Gone Fitness for continuing their excellent service, and Rhett for being the best friend to Bart & Muffin.

We were torn between leaving our little Zoey in a kennel that we use for daycare or try Toni's services. Our hearts went with Toni. We hear such great feedback about Toni from other satisfied clients that we knew Toni's Pet Concierge was the right choice. It was easy to fill out the paperwork and consult with Toni. She even gave us good advice on how to care for our Pooch. Zoey is a rescue and we'd only had her a few months and still have questions on how to be the best furever parents we can be. Toni's advice is gold. Our pooch loved being take of by Toni. We got constant updates and pictures. Our minds were at ease. Zoey was in excellent, capable, nurturing hands. Right away I could tell Steve and Melissa were really great people, and the best part, they're not-so native to LA which means they aren't annoying LA snob types.... so I guess you could say I took a chance. As expected they boarded my 10 month old puppy for an entire week and took wonderful care of him. They even updated me with photos while I was on my trip. They have 2 dogs of their own and brought my dog Winston along for the ride. He played all week and spent the afternoons at Lake Hollywood park. When I returned from my trip my dog was happy and I was very pleased. I am so happy I found them. If you are in need of pet walking, boarding/sitting I would 100% give Puppy Pronto a try. But with my back against the ropes, I caved and reached out to Eastside Petsitters based on their reputation and great prices ($19/30 min visit). Iris set up a time to do an "initial visit," which was basically meeting Svenwise Romhan and seeing the space and gathering all the necessary info. She was super responsive, sent pics every day during her visit, and made us feel more at ease being so far from our furry son. It was nice to have the same person visit every day, as I felt like we established a relationship instead of just some random person popping in for a half hour each day. Eastside is a smaller company than the large petsitting apps out there, but their personal touch definitely made the difference. From now on, they have my business!
