We have asked them about behavior, training, socialization, boarding, recovery, schedules - you name it. They've supported him through puppyhood, adolescence, two knee surgeries and recovery, and now adulthood, always adjusting his walkers, sitters, dog pairings and activities based on what's best for him at that stage. They were especially incredible during his surgeries and recovery, helping us think through safe care options, checking in on him, and always prioritizing what was best for Wiley rather than just what services they could provide. They have made introductions, recommended trainers and other trusted professionals, and even offered to reinforce whatever training routines we were working on so that everyone in our dog's life could be consistent. Wiley absolutely adores these people, and that tells us plenty.

Always punctual, friendly, and leaves good notes/pictures in the app. Recently, we got married and asked R+D if they had somebody who could come to the wedding and take lead on watching our dogs during the weekend of events. They sent Sonia who was truly amazing at making sure the dogs were included, but also making sure they were well taken care of and not getting overwhelmed. It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. Thanks so much!

I worried about finding someone that could accommodate our strange schedule. When we reached out to Arzu, she was able to do it all for us. My work day (or night, what have you) always got a little brighter whenever I would receive a text update from Arzu. She sends us the cutest pictures of our dog, Casper. He absolutely loves her. Arzu has been with us through our different shift changes (from night shift, to day shift, to now working a regular 9-5 a week) and she's become almost like a member of the family. She has a flexible schedule and she is very reliable. There have been many times that she's been able to take care of our dog on short notice and emergencies. We are extremely grateful to her and can't thank her enough!

When I asked if by chance he was given anything other than what I left (due to food allergies) I was told no. When I asked if visits and walks took place as agreed upon (again trying to figure out why my dog was so stressed out), I was told to check the ring camera for Arzu's comings and goings. I should not have to check my ring camera to make sure visits and walks were done. When I asked for the key back - it was returned broken off of the key ring. Again was told it was not broken although it was handed back to me in 2 pieces.

Kelli referred me to a great pet Clinic to get their vaccines updated. Kelli sent us video clips of the dogs daily, putting our minds at ease. My Emma girl gets major anxiety in places like petsmart or other doggy places but this place is just perfect for her. Just like most places this place doesn't accept pitbulls. I appreciate this because I've had bad previous experiences with pitbulls and it gives me a peace of mind.
