Atmosphere: Medure Dental has a bright, well lit atmosphere that makes it feel like you are waiting for a spa rather than the typical doctor' office feel. Staff: the staff here are all wonderful! From the moment I got help to schedule my appointment they were attentive and got me on a waiting list for a sooner appointment. Each person I've worked with has been kind and they offer a high level of care. Communication: Communication efforts are 10/10 here. I get text reminders, emails and friendly calls when needed. A employee will come to the door and ask for your child to follow them alone so they can get x-rays taken. But the surprise here is they will not x-ray your child's mouth. They will quickly clean the teeth then ignore your purposeful visit. They even tried to separate a mother from her autistic son in hopes to not have any adults in their back room. This place is extremely gross and they do not do their job or listen to your wants/needs. You're better off handing a blind man, a chisel for your child's cavities, extractions or removals. If you have Medicare try calling Economy Dentistry for Children or even Smiling Kidds. I will not be bringing my child back to this cesspool.

The tooth is in the back, never caused me pain, and didn't feel infected. I've never had it extracted and this dentistry said there is nothing wrong with it. By 9:15am, the assistant takes me back to take x-rays. I'm not seen by the dentist until 9:25am just for him to tell me he'll see me next time for a cleaning... I have never had to make separate appointments for exams and cleanings - this should have been done back to back within the same appointment. Both could have been done within the same appointment had the dentist been on time to work. No regard for patient's time.
