We were able to check out lots of great samples, then the installers went above and beyond to do a great job, ripping out 40 years of sub flooring, installing exactly as requested and even fixing a broken appliance in the process. Excellent work. Love seeing the generations of this family working together.

100% recommend Naz Home Improvement based on our experience with him…read more.. What Naz Did for Us: Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor. How Naz Conducts Business: He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did! Naz's Work: Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. As to the quality of his work, I think the pictures from myself and others speak for themselves. If you get Naz on your project, you won't be disappointed.

There are seriously no words to describe Naz. The closest I can think of is an angel. 5 stars…read morearen't nearly enough! Naz has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. If you need something done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend Naz for the job! You will NOT be disappointed.

Immediately, I was beyond impressed with the hometown feel, kind service, and personal attention that was paid to me and my project right away. The interior designer there was SUPER knowledgeable and helped me take the samples that I had originally picked out at the other store, and find comparable materials for my home. She also helped me to learn more about which items would look best together (different types of flooring with the paint that I had already chosen, etc). Within an hour, we had products all picked out, and within 2 hours, they had someone out at my house to do a measure so that they can provide me with an accurate estimate (the other store charged me $35 to send someone out for a measure and I had to schedule them about a week out). The Homeworks estimate came out to be a couple THOUSAND dollars LESS than the other store and they were able to begin the installation work right away (the other store estimated about a month out). Everything with Homeworks was 100% included in the estimate. Shawn came out and did all the installation work and IT IS GORGEOUS! I love everything about the flooring selections and how beautifully it was installed. The other store was going to charge me for everything and I was going to have to un-hook and re-hook the appliances, take out the toilet, and pay a separate charge for them to carry the materials from the delivery truck (which I would have paid a delivery fee to have driven there) into the house. They were literally charging for every possible thing, individually. None of that with Homeworks. They price they gave me for the total included every aspect of the job. I am so beyond happy that I stopped in Homeworks on that day. I'm so glad I decided to shop local and will ALWAYS recommend Homeworks to any of my friends and family in the Bowling Green, OH area. Thank you, Homeworks, for EVERYTHING!
