Came two weeks later with the part and said it was fixed. It was not and I called to let them know that afternoon and they said give it overnight to cool. Yeah right!!! High temp alarm constantly went off and no cooling. Called C&C that day and was told they had to order another part without even coming to look at it. Here we are another 2 weeks later and nothing. Called them again today and she could not give me an ETA on the part. I am beyond frustrated at this point and will NEVER purchase nor recommend C&C Appliances to anyone!! When you spend over $1200 for a GE freezer you would expect it to last more than 2 months. I asked to return it for a new one and was told that can only happen in the first 7 days after purchase. Really??!!! I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty, but it looks at this point that it will not even last a year. My next recourse is to speak to the owner, Larry Wright, who advertises on TV that this is the best place and will meet or beat any price. He didn't say how crappy the appliance was nor how poor customer service is. Does he even know? He needs to find out. All I asked was to replace my two month old broken freezer and as of today their answer is no!! I am one very dissatisfied customer

If you have to have it today, Best Buy is the answer; but for the best deals, you may want to search elsewhere on the internet. Selection is fair to good depending on item. Employees here range from super intelligent computer guy that knows the answers to everything you ask to the less desirable ones that have trouble turning a TV on.

This is probably because I usually am here after 10:00am, when all good secretaries and teachers are working and not shopping. But let me tell you, if you need some organization, home or business office supplies, desks, bookcases, or chairs this is the place to be. For electronics, I'd rather deal with Best Buy, but Office Depot has a nice selection. I believe they will print out posters and such advertising for you which is a bonus. This store seemed much larger than I expected and was very clean and well stocked - I came here looking for a throw pillow for my Mom but not just any throw pillow the criteria was it had to be functional verses decorative since she was wanting something small enough to support her head while reading in bed. I found a few at other retailers but everything I found was much to large and bulky, being this was for a specific application I needed to touch and feel it so shopping online wasn't going to work - what initially seemed to be a simple task was quickly turning into a scavenger hunt. I finally found exactly what she had requested and fortunately found a nice looking one because a perfectly sized pillow that was ugly as many throw pillows are wasn't going home with me. I chose the self-checkout register so I never interacted with any of the staff although there were plenty available on the floor as I shopped. Before this system I would spend 5 minutes each night turning off all lights and lowering the blinds in my bedroom. Now all of this is automated. I wake up each morning to my shades slowly opening and when I leave my house all the lights turn off to save on electricity. I'm a very satisfied customer.
