Then she proceeds to talk about me to a coworker. I left the store and took my business elsewhere. Called the corporate office and was transferred to the manager, the same one that was so rude. She tells me it was a misunderstanding. You deliberately flipped your hair, told me "whatever, whatever " and walked off when I asked why she couldn't she call someone to help me when she walked right by me 3 times!! Poor customer service! This manager needs to be fired and someone who really wants to work and cares about their job brought in to replace her. I'd give them zero stars if I could!

About three weeks later, one of the employees had a technician they know come by to look at system, told us that we could not run our security cameras with this PC due to not having a video card for the cameras, so I called to see if they would bring it back to us and the owner claimed they didnt have it and for me to call my attorney and hung up.....the week before they picked up the PC for the security camera system, I brought my lap top to get a hard drive loaded on it, charged $ 99, then the following week, took back as hardly any info was on the new laptop, they kept for another few days, still could not get info transfered, then I brought to another place and it was done in two hours, called them back and they said "oh well"....so this is a double whammy.....and they dont care about satisfaction

Avoid This Place - Dirty, Broken Machines, and a Total Rip-Off…read more This laundromat is a complete disappointment. Most of the machines are old, dirty, and out of order. Because so many are broken, you're basically forced to use the more expensive machines - and even those do a terrible job cleaning your clothes. To make matters worse, they don't accept coins. You're required to purchase a reloadable laundry card with a minimum $5.00 balance, but each wash is $3.60. That means you're always left with leftover money you can't fully use. You can't even use the extra balance to buy hangers, which are only $0.20 each... it's clearly designed to waste your money. On top of all that, the floors and folding tables are absolutely filthy. This place is poorly maintained and clearly doesn't care about providing a decent customer experience. Spend your time and money elsewhere.. this laundromat just isn't worth it.

Sigh. I had to come to The Orchard when I was having problems with my old iPhone. My closest Apple…read moreStore is in Baton Rouge, so Apple has these little orchards popping up in cities so they can diagnose your problem without you having to have to drive too far. While I appreciate the clever name and convenience, having to go through phone issues is always so annoying. Especially since I didn't consider my iPhone 7 to be a dinosaur yet, but I guess I was wrong. Look I'm an Apple girl all the way but I've come to realize that all Apple users are basically their bitches. Think about how attached you are to that thing and when it breaks you're shelling out the dollars just to get it or the newer version of it back in your hands. All that aside, the guys here were so nice and helped my issue but basically warned me to brace myself...my phone was not much longer in this world. They were right. I'm an iPhone X owner now. Apple's bitch for life :)

I called to received help from a technician connecting to my work computer VPN from my personal…read morelaptop . The technician Lauren was sharp and unwilling to listen to all the details before adamantly stating that I would not be able to perform the task because the two devices were using the same network . She would not let me explain that my personal laptop was connected to a separate network from that of our work computer . I know I'm not an idiot and I could tell that her tone was annoyed and frustrated . She would not let myself neither my boss that had to step in explain that we had done the task before and just needed assistance with passwords. She was so adamant about the task not being able to be performed based upon the limited information she had. At that point I just wanted to speak to a tech that would listen. Once I called back to explain the situation to Josh that I was wanting to report my experience to her superior because I felt as though she was rude. He became very defensive and stated that he heard the entire conversation and didn't think she was rude and then basically hung up by transferring me to another tech. The point is i was able to connect to my work vpn from my personal laptop while at work , a task that I was told by Lauren could not be done . I was forced to rectify the situation on my own vs. get the proper assistance needed which is why we pay Nation Networks. To help us solve technology related problems .I wish the techs would have taken the time to allow me to explain all pieces involved before telling me that I couldn't do the task .She offered no solution , no alternative and I did not get the sense she wanted to help. Which as a customer you can sense. I think Josh telling myself a long time customer that he overheard the conversation and she wasn't rude was the most absurd response I have ever been given . That wasn't even his place to make that comment . All he needed to do was direct me to someone that could be unbiased to the situation and hear my complaint and get a resolve. I deal with customer complaints all day and I would never tell a valued customer that the way they interpreted an event was wrong and just dismiss them. If I did I might lose my job . I would try to make peace and make the situation right . I hope that superiors will step in and reach out to our company employees because the way we were handled today was completely unacceptable. The biggest point I want to get across is that the reason for the call , the problem i needed assistance with was solved on my own. I was told it was impossible to connect to my work vpn from my personal laptop while at work because Lauren assumed the two devices were connected to the same network but they weren't and she never gave me a chance to share that valuable piece with her .
