We have been fighting for over 24 hours to get them to provide clarification to the pharmacy on the prescription they provided unclear directions on and have had less than no help. Sutter Amador has been unwilling to provide any assistance, any communication, or any direction. We have had great experiences up until this point. We had never dealt with Dr Stone until yesterday and we will never return to see him again due to his inability to communicate with his staff. Even his team has stated they are trying to communicate with him to no success. Even he had stated she needed medication to begin recovering from her diagnosis and yet has been the one holding up her treatment. GET IT TOGETHER, STONE! And on top of it, we were treated terribly by a phone rep when we called! We just want to get relief and the prescription for our child so that the healing process will being and we get told that we just have to wait for a call and there's nothing else to do... BS! Never been treated like this by any medical provider in our lives!

Just updating my review:…read more It's been 2 years and 4 months since our daughter was born and Dr. B has been with us phenomenally every step of the way--including through diagnosing our girl with autism. She pushed to make sure we got the referrals we needed and kept herself involved so we had support along the way. We love her so much that we didn't even blink when she opened her own private practice, because even paying a fee out of pocket every month is completely worth it for the level of skill, attention, and care our daughter receives. My kiddo took a header out of the door of our car the other than and landed straight on her face, giving herself an instant goose egg and a scraped face. I was so panicked because, um, first time mom and first time bad injury, and so I immediately called Dr. B. Although I got her answering machine, she called back literally in 1 minute and calmly talked me through it (my kiddo is fine now). Whenever I message her, I know I'll get a prompt response and not wait days. She also checks in frequently to see how your child is doing. She provides a level of care that is unmatched and invaluable. Our kids are our most precious things in this world. Making sure they're healthy and happy and safe is paramount above all else and with Dr. B, you know your family is in great hands. 20/10 would recommend.

I now have five children two sets of twins that all are currently being seen at this Howe location and I've never had a bad experience or felt like I was being brushed off by any of the NP or Dr I love Dr.Brittany McGregor and Dr.Black but if I call for a same day sick appointment and can't pick the Dr I never really have had any issues or bad experiences! Love Dr.Gould so much he watched me grow up was his patient from 2-18 and now he's giving my children the same love and care also got to have him care for my daughters after birth in Sutter hospital I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon definitely miss Dr.Budd!

Great pediatrician there's not many like him around. This is my 2nd visit, my 1st was my newborn 2…read moremonths ago and I was in today when my 12 year old annual check up and immunization. Dr Cormick is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to answer questions and explain everything very clear and backs it up with external references. I'm very thankful I found him here actually on yelp. I had been taking my kids to Dr Reyes at Sutter Gould but 1) she is no longer there and 2) sutter no longer accepts my insurance. I was crushed! After 12 years I had no pediatrician for my kids! I really loved the doctor and the nurses there so it took me a long time and lots of research to find where to take my kids. I highly recommend him, the office is a cute/cozy children oriented decor lots of toys to keep them busy and the nurses are very nice also. Oh yea, and appointments it's a breeze I needed immunization for my son (because I'm a procrastinator) by Friday and called Wednesday afternoon explained my urgency. tdap for school so he could start 7th grade and she was so nice, got us in for that Friday. If you're a parent in doubt, doubt no more. I was the same way but I'm thankful I was able to get in this office.

Not only is Dr. Courtney amazing, but her assistant Graciela is fantastic too. Even with all the typical not so fun items we've gone through (shots, ear infections) my daughter loves to go see them and chat their ears off. Dr. Courtney was a great help as a new mom by helping me understand what my baby needed and now with a 4 year old who can communicate for herself she's just as skilled in helping us understand together.
