Was on hold with the receptionist for 45 min after which i was told Dr. Aronson wont make time to see us today and wont see us due to not having hospital records which the office was supposed to request. Took off my last available day off for this and even with all the errors which were made by this office was not offered any solution. Receptionist finally hung up on me and they wouldnt answer the 4 calls i made after that. This office and the doctor dont care about their patients. Office did not take a smidge of responsibility for the stress, torture, and lost wages that they have caused us. Lost yourself 2 patients.

She told me the appointment was "at the same office". When I asked her again for the address, she said "the doctor's office". So, I went to the Bridgewater office only to have the receptionist *mock* me for several minutes! The appointment was at the Watchung office. The doctors do not seem much better either. When I had seen the doctor, that meeting lasted less then 5 minutes. That was it. He did not ask many questions. The doctors and the staff are a good fit: uncaring and/or incompetent.

It was really hard to have to look for someone that was a great dr with a really great bedside manner! And so I talked to my old dr and he gave me the recommendation for dr Unger! Thank god I got to him because I wound up in the hospital in December for 12 days! Dr Unger was great! Very concerned and it really made me feel good I felt as though I could really move on without my dr of 32 years!! I still have issue with my stomach but I know whenever I need to see dr Unger they will get to me in ASAP and everyone is very helpful at the front desk!!! I have left drs due to the staff but whoever does the hiring and the training has done a great job!! I would and do recommend him to people I know looking for a great Gastroenterologist's!!!!

They misgendered…read moreme multiple times ( I am a cisgender male), accused my partner at the time of tampering with my medications because the nurses looked at an outdated blood test rather than the current one performed ( in fact, they themselves admitted that they messed up, but did not reflect in the notes), and they put down the wrong hospital (There is a witness.) if you are LGBTQ+ do not even bother here either. If you have concerns or scared for your rights being taken away and express that clearly and coherently, they will flat right dismiss you in your notes, just not in your face.. Worse is if you want to request a change to reflect any wrong information, they will lead you to department after department without any real progress. Effectively putting you into a circle. If you have positive feelings about the hospital then more power to you. Its great that you got good quality care from the doctor that treated you. This is just my experience.
