I tried for weeks to make an appointment for a colonoscopy, but ToniAnne refused to return my calls. (Left multiple messages.) The receptionist finally called her and connected me. She told me the appointment was "at the same office". When I asked her again for the address, she said "the doctor's office". So, I went to the Bridgewater office only to have the receptionist *mock* me for several minutes! The appointment was at the Watchung office. The doctors do not seem much better either. When I had seen the doctor, that meeting lasted less then 5 minutes. That was it. He did not ask many questions. The doctors and the staff are a good fit: uncaring and/or incompetent.

It was really hard to have to look for someone that was a great dr with a really great bedside manner! And so I talked to my old dr and he gave me the recommendation for dr Unger! Thank god I got to him because I wound up in the hospital in December for 12 days! Dr Unger was great! Very concerned and it really made me feel good I felt as though I could really move on without my dr of 32 years!! I still have issue with my stomach but I know whenever I need to see dr Unger they will get to me in ASAP and everyone is very helpful at the front desk!!! I have left drs due to the staff but whoever does the hiring and the training has done a great job!! I would and do recommend him to people I know looking for a great Gastroenterologist's!!!!
