Friendly staff and very helpful when it came to questions. I was lucky to have Dr jay Lee as my OB specially at the ending of my pregnancy, I was super blessed he took me in as his patient. I would recommend him as a doctor as I love how he is with us. During delivery too he was great and helped me through it all so I could have a easy recover. read more

Used to me my OB with my other 2 children but due to the very unprofessional staff they have s switched drs Girls at front have so much attitude for NO reason do they realize they are working in an environment with pregnant women !! And wouldn't make me an appointment due to test not being "dark enough " when it's clearly a positive ! Do better provider better customer service because seems like they hire just anyone. read more

Poor customer service skills from both staff and doctor Lee himself. Doc please keep in mind you are dealing with patients, we do not enjoy or appreciate you coming in and having a cigarette stench and most definitely we do not condone your lack of consideration for others and your bad temperament. My experience is staff did not schedule my cesarean section with the hospital and due to the clinic not scheduling me at the hospital it made my delivery date a hectic mess for both hospital staff and my self. Dr Lee had the nerve to question me why I was late to my "scheduled delivery date" hello Doc your office did not schedule me with the hospital, you should be questioning all those girls in the office and not the patient. This office is a joke, save yourself a headache and do not bring your business to Dr. Lee read more

Don't go here they charge you upfront and when your insurance provider gives you a EOB for less than half they can't answer simple billing questions. Patricia in billing is never in office or works from home yet can't make calls or have billing complete for over a month and a half. You can call every day multiple times of day and the excuse is always billing isn't in the manager isn't in. They'll be in Monday. But no one ever calls or reaches out. The absolute worse experience with a doctor. read more

Disappointed in how they handled my scheduled pap-smear. First of all, they didn't tell me I wasn't due yet for one even though they had access to that information via the computer. I filled out the pre-check in insurance information but upon arriving was once AGAIN asked for it. Then received a call again later on triple checking. I sat in the waiting room and was told last minute I wasn't due for a pap smear and that they would just send a swab to the lab. There was no cost breakdown and I was later billed $500 WITH insurance. The whole encounter seemed incredibly scammy. When I called them to clarify the bill they passed the buck to LabCorp. Incredibly unprofessional and I will not be returning to this office. This was my first and last visit. If I could give -5 stars I would. read more

The staff was nice and extremely polite. The doctor was also very nice. The exam was as close to painless as it can be. I've been seen for well women exams by many doctors and nurse practitioners over the last 20 years. I will rank Dr. Lee's ability to perform a quick pap smear in the top 3 without exaggeration. That alone is enough for me to return even if I ever encounter someone rude at the office (I have not). This skill is rare and appreciated. Highly recommend. The wait was minimal. read more

The receptionist is so rude and incompetent. Today 2/12 I call and see if I have papers I requested from Tuesday ready. I was told it would be a 72 hour wait/turn around and I called to make sure they were ready today for pick up. Tell me why this lady starts to tell me they don't do that type of paper work and have to have a patient release form for said papers. She had a total attitude and I had to cut her off telling her I requested said paperwork I need to apply for something and then she gives me attitude telling me about said paperwork I asked for. Well DUH I know that's what I asked about in the first place. Y'all need to train your staff, they have an attitude for no reason. Give that attitude to your mom not me read more

Front office staff needs to realize without patients they would have no job! Customer Service is very important. In any profession. The Nursing staff was great! They're the only reason I stayed. read more

Honestly, some of the front staff was very rude for no reason at all. Professional setting, but unprofessional interactions. My visit with the doctor was okay. Will be changing providers very soon. read more

this drs office staff is seriously something else! Very unprofessional. Patricia the office manager was extremely rude and yelling at me for a mistake their staff made! If it takes 6-8 weeks for them to receive the iud equipment why would they schedule my appointment for 2 weeks! Then call me the day before because they haven't received the equipment and they would call me when they received it. Never got a call. I called in out of curiosity and it was there but their next available appointment isn't till 5 weeks from now! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!! read more

I would not recommend! This place is horrible. I was pregnant with my third and would go in for regular checkups but would always have to see someone other than Dr.Lee. The one time I requested to see my own Dr. I had to drive to another location and when I saw Dr. LEE he was extremely rude and unhelpful to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I got out of there! requested my medical records and never went back. I received care elsewhere and I was happy and stress free. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee's from the 26th week of my second pregnancy. I had to switch to his office because of a change in insurance and my first OB did not accept my new coverage. I have to say, I adore this office, the staff, and especially Dr. Lee. I have never seen the nurse practitioner. Dr. Lee is always very straight forward and explains everything in detail. The doctor group I went to in Palm Springs for my first pregnancy were all about scare tactics, not explaining anything, and being very much into bullying. Dr. Lee, listens to my concerns, fears and questions. He always takes the time to discuss any issues/concerns I have. I never feel rushed. Being pregnant, hormonal and temperamental, I have a bit of a short fuse which causes me to get agitated and irritated very quickly. His staff has always been nothing but professional and kind to me. I have read some of the other reviews which have complained about not seeing Dr. Lee and only dealing with the nurse practitioner - well Dr. Lee has three offices; Moreno Valley, Riverside and Perris; depending on the day you are able to be seen, the office changes. I have been to his Riverside office as well, but I love the team here at Moreno Valley. I feel like part of the family and I am grateful for having been referred here. Thank you Dr. Lee and team! read more

My wife goes here. The installations are nice and clean but the wait time is horrible. They are finally going from physical files to computers, that's a good improvement. The dr. Lee is just ok read more

I like coming here for my check ups. Ive been coming here since I found out I was pregnant & let me say the staff, nurses, & dr. Lee are great! I always get greeted nicely and I usually go in and out I don't usually wait long. The times that I met Dr. Lee he was nice and explained everything and answered my questions without looking like he was annoyed or in a hurry. My favorite nurse has to be Christine she's the best! I love seeing her there! I was first seen by her the first time ever and she has been so patient with my questions and so helpful as well! (This is my first pregnancy) I think this place overall has great staff and they are also clean! read more

The staff are friendly, I never met the actual Dr. But was sent for routine blood work for my pregnancy, the place they use QUEST never submitted my forms correctly to my insurance so my blood work was never covered. I am being billed $2k for my blood work all because they couldn't submit everything correctly. If they had better means of communication i would email them since their phone lines seem to always be busy. read more

So, i was skeptical of the place and the Dr. but when i went in to their office and met with their staff things were awesome . I go to the one in Perris but occasionally I go to this location in Moreno Valley. I just want to say that the staff is great. I have met the Nurse Practitioner so far and have yet to meet the Dr. but i know the Dr. from working with him in the hospital setting. The Nurse practitioner sees you during the most of your pregnancy and then towards the end you see the Dr. I do want to emphasize that the Dr. does deliver you as long as her is on. If he is not then the dr her has on call for him does. I DID HAVE ONE BAD experience and that was with the Ultrasound tech who did my ultrasound. She was really rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. It is definitely a downer when you go to the office and want a happy experience and someone greets you like you are going through a drive through and without a smile. I did not like my experience with the ultrasound tech . she was not friendly and does not mirror the rest of the staff. Everyone else is so nice and alway has a smile and welcomes questions. The nurse practitioner is also awesome. She is willing to answer all questions. I have not met with the Dr. but when i do i will update my review... read more

So Me personally I would like to say I've never felt so uncomfortable & felt like nothing by the doctor himself, I've had about 3 or 4 visits.... first off it's hard to get seen and the appointments are so far out !!! Well I've never meant DrLee until today & he made me feel like nothing! I cried today because of him he is cold and zero understanding!!!! I'm just a number to him , . Well my first visit I meant the other doctor I guess working under him every time so you don't meet him I guess until it's an issue let me tell you the lady and him RUDE IN AND OUT ! They make it seem like your just I don't know how to explain it like it's not a big deal for me it's my second child and they didn't make me feel comfortable honestly I would say they are looking at my color and not me as a person dealing with a lot , far as my pregnancy goes ! The ultrasound tech rude cold and the doctors cold the staff are just doing there job they are more NICE THEN THEM THE NURSES AWESOME ! Doctors rude and cold hearted I wouldn't recommend them at all ! Dr lee basically kicked me out because I was trying to explain to him something is wrong and I was RIGHT ..... I wanted to be on early Leave because I know my body and what I was feeling ! Be he put me out the office and said go to someone else and was saying I threaten him ? How saying if something happens to me or my unborn child it'll be on you which is true ! Because for one I had a miscarriage before ! And I didn't want to go threw that again ! Honestly he thinks he knows it all but not in this case because how would you know if you barely spoken a word to me or built a bond with me ! They don't care for you here and I am I single mother of 1 and I work hard and I'm pregnant again dealing with a lot as is so this right here is not cool and I feel as if I'm owed an apology for this because that was not cool and I hope no other woman has to deal with this type of awful feeling and treatment I got ... read more
