When I first came to Dr. Le, I was really desperate. His receptionist listened to me and empathized with my situation. It was so relieving to finally be heard. Read before you decide!!…read more Dr. Le was an unsupported doctor during my pregnancy back in 2021-2022. He definitely talked more than listened. I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn't accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father's store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he's old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

When I first became her patient, I was a 21-year-old first-time mom who was absolutely terrified of going through labor and delivery. From the very beginning, Dr. Obey went above and beyond to educate me, reassure me, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout my pregnancy. She always took the time to listen to my concerns, respect my wishes, and make sure my wants and needs were heard. She never made me feel like just another patient. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with some of the hospital staff during my delivery, but Dr. Obey was there to advocate for me when I needed it most. She stood up for me, made sure my voice was heard, and ensured that the nurses provided me with the proper care and respect I deserved. That is something I will never forget. Having a doctor who genuinely cares about your safety and your baby's well-being makes all the difference, especially during such a vulnerable moment in your life. I have seen other OBs, and I can confidently say that none have ever made me feel as cared for, protected, and heard as Dr. Obey has. She truly listens, respects your decisions, and does everything in her power to make sure both you and your baby are safe. I am now pregnant with my second child, and without hesitation, I returned to Dr. Obey. As a person that was seeing a new office,, I find this response incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. A person, let alone wanted to be future patient expressing frustration over unanswered phone calls and messages is not making a "bad-faith" comment. They are raising a legitimate concern about communication and access to medical care. Being a busy medical practice is NOT an excuse for failing to respond to patients. No one is expecting your office to operate like a coffee shop or a call center, BECAUSE SADLY, I'D FEEL THAT YOU WOULD FAIL AT THAT AS WELL. Patients are expecting basic communication, professionalism, and the courtesy of having their calls and messages acknowledged-simple practice, courtesy but clearly your office lacks that or clearly maybe nobody was trained on that? What makes this response even more concerning is the decision to attack the reviewer's credibility rather than address the actual complaint. You CANNOT claim to advocate for women while simultaneously dismissing a woman's concerns about her experience trying to reach your office, that is Ludacris. Patients should not have to defend themselves for speaking up about poor communication, and they certainly should not be made to feel that their concerns are invalid simply because they do not align with the image your practice wants to portray publicly. You say your practice is not for everyone, and that is fine. But accountability, respect, and professional communication should BE expectations in EVERY medical practice. My OBGYN recommended that I continue treatment with HRC Fertility for IVF, but I was not provided with a referral or authorization number. I have called multiple times over the past two weeks, but the phone is rarely answered and it has been extremely difficult to speak with a representative. For something as important and time-sensitive as fertility treatment, this lack of communication is very frustrating. Patients should be able to reach the office, get clear information, and receive proper follow-up. I really hope the office improves its communication and referral process. JUST WASTING MY TIME!

During my pregnancy, all the midwives made sure I was informed and prepared throughout the pregnancy and for the delivery. They give you all the information to make informed decisions regarding your body and your baby. Once labor started I was scared and difficult to handle but everyone was so encouraging/comforting. They supported me and encouraged me how I needed in those moments. During my birthing experience I had an unforeseen and unavoidable medical complication. Julie (the midwife who helped me deliver) handled the situation so well. I felt secure knowing she was by my side and advocating for me. I was so grateful she was with us though this experience. She really helped make our messy birthing experience as perfect as humanly possible. We aren't planning on having more children but if we do, I would choose BCM again. Thank you
