Nurse Berg was incredibly professional and kind. I had multiple questions and concerns and she listened to all, addressing each one.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Obey! She is truly an incredible doctor, and I will…read moreforever be grateful for the care, compassion, and support she has shown me and my family. When I first became her patient, I was a 21-year-old first-time mom who was absolutely terrified of going through labor and delivery. From the very beginning, Dr. Obey went above and beyond to educate me, reassure me, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout my pregnancy. She always took the time to listen to my concerns, respect my wishes, and make sure my wants and needs were heard. She never made me feel like just another patient. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with some of the hospital staff during my delivery, but Dr. Obey was there to advocate for me when I needed it most. She stood up for me, made sure my voice was heard, and ensured that the nurses provided me with the proper care and respect I deserved. That is something I will never forget. Having a doctor who genuinely cares about your safety and your baby's well-being makes all the difference, especially during such a vulnerable moment in your life. I have seen other OBs, and I can confidently say that none have ever made me feel as cared for, protected, and heard as Dr. Obey has. She truly listens, respects your decisions, and does everything in her power to make sure both you and your baby are safe. I am now pregnant with my second child, and without hesitation, I returned to Dr. Obey. I make the drive all the way from Riverside for my appointments because I genuinely do not trust anyone else with my life or the lives of my children the way I trust her. That alone should speak volumes about the kind of doctor she is. Yes, there can sometimes be a wait to see her, but I promise you, she is worth every single minute. I would much rather wait for a doctor who takes her time with her patients, listens to their concerns, and provides exceptional care than see someone who rushes through appointments. If you are looking for an OB who will listen to you, educate you, reassure you, respect your birth preferences, advocate for you, and genuinely care about what is best for you and your baby, Dr. Obey is the doctor you want by your side.

They never answer their phone.... I've left message and…read morenothing. Does this office even run? _______ Responding to the so called "professional".... As a person that was seeing a new office,, I find this response incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. A person, let alone wanted to be future patient expressing frustration over unanswered phone calls and messages is not making a "bad-faith" comment. They are raising a legitimate concern about communication and access to medical care. Being a busy medical practice is NOT an excuse for failing to respond to patients. No one is expecting your office to operate like a coffee shop or a call center, BECAUSE SADLY, I'D FEEL THAT YOU WOULD FAIL AT THAT AS WELL. Patients are expecting basic communication, professionalism, and the courtesy of having their calls and messages acknowledged-simple practice, courtesy but clearly your office lacks that or clearly maybe nobody was trained on that? What makes this response even more concerning is the decision to attack the reviewer's credibility rather than address the actual complaint. You CANNOT claim to advocate for women while simultaneously dismissing a woman's concerns about her experience trying to reach your office, that is Ludacris. Patients should not have to defend themselves for speaking up about poor communication, and they certainly should not be made to feel that their concerns are invalid simply because they do not align with the image your practice wants to portray publicly. You say your practice is not for everyone, and that is fine. But accountability, respect, and professional communication should BE expectations in EVERY medical practice. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, not condescension. This response says far more about how your office handles criticism than it does about the person who left the review. And if you don't have any clue as to what I'm trying to relate to you, go Google it. Bye for good and good luck with your poor skills and manner.

Let's start with Nurse Casey. She is super nice and genuinely talks to you like a person and not…read morejust a patient. She asked questions about me being a veteran and really talked to me. It was nice and I really appreciated it. Dr. Cropper is also super nice and sweet. They had to push my appointment back due to an unexpected delivery but they were all really nice about it. Dr. Cropper was really accepting and kind and I'm super excited to continue being a patient at her office! Also, the entire place smells great, nice and clean and very professional. Everything about this place was super nice and I can't wait to go back!

This review is long overdue. I saw Dr. Cropper in December shortly after finding out I was…read morepregnant. My partner came with me to the appointment, as we were both excited and, given our previous pregnancy experiences, had some questions and concerns. During the visit, Dr. Cropper asked only a few brief questions and performed a quick ultrasound simply to confirm the pregnancy. The ultrasound photo we were given was blurry and off-center, but what disappointed us most was the interaction. When my partner brought up concerns based on our prior pregnancies, they were dismissed with brief, cold responses. Throughout the appointment, I also felt that Dr. Cropper barely acknowledged my partner or made us feel comfortable discussing our concerns. When the office later called to schedule a follow-up appointment, I explained that I was still upset about the care I had received and shared my concerns about how the appointment had gone. The front desk staff told me they would call me back to schedule the follow-up. Instead, I received a letter informing me that Dr. Cropper would no longer be seeing me due to "patient-doctor differences." As a newly pregnant woman, this was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to improve communication, I was dismissed from the practice. I found the way the situation was handled to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Every patient deserves to feel heard, especially during such an important and vulnerable time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Cropper.
