    Went back in June after calling and asking if there was a Tahoe or Yukon and I was told yes there…read morewas a Yukon available and he had just got it in. I went and test drove it and it had some work that needed to be done so he was going to get it fixed as he had just had someone trade it in. I waited for almost 2 months with ME calling to check on it and even stopping in one or twice because Jimmy couldn't keep in contact. A few months later I saw it sitting outside and then it was gone I thought it just needed a few more repairs done so I stopped in to ask him about it. He said "I sold it, it was never going to be right for you. But I have something else that I just got in come and look at it. Thank you for being patient with me and supporting a local business I really don't want to lose you as a customer." After looking at it I told him I would be interested in it but yet again it had to be fixed as it was in the shop when he showed me. This was on Sept 14th I haven't gotten any updates on it. I have tried calling. But he just seems to think keeping in contact isn't necessary. I also told him I didn't want my credit ran until it was time to even buy the vehicle since he said it needed fixed and he said not a problem, I can wait to run it but let me use my program with what your salary is and your trade in to figure up an estimate... and he still ran my credit. Needless to say I went and got a vehicle from somewhere else because I can't keep waiting. This whole process has been going on since June it's almost been 5 months and after talking to people around town who have bought vehicles from him I dodged a bullet, most people say he sells a lot of lemons. I tried supporting a local business as I know it's hard for them with bigger towns being around but if you read reviews, and talk to people within our community you'll understand.

    Booked my oil change online. Said the price of $85.75 for my make/model of vehicle. When I checked…read moreout I was being charged $124.74. I advised that wasn't price I was given when booking appt. Cashier said I'd have to take it up with service so I went back out to address issue. He was like u were charged correct price. Computer doesn't know what vehicle u have and that's probably a starting price. I advised the computer did know what veh I had as I had to input all that info and it quoted me $85.00. He took number said he'd have boss call me. The service guy called back a few minutes later. Said they'd credit me on next service. Well we plan to move and I don't anticipate being here for my next service as well I have no intentions of returning to this dealership. He's like well offer stands. I advised I felt that should honor price given and refund the difference as prior offer is not applicable to me. He conceded and said return for refund. No one at this facility has any kind of appropriate customer service skills. The facility was prob the worst I've ever been to in terms of cleanliness/accommodations of waiting area. Between buying veh at different dodge dealership and this interaction I'm seriously regretting buying this vehicle

    Traveling from Kansas City, MO, our 2012 Ram Truck had the engine light come on. We stopped,…read morechecked oil and other fluids, temperature was running spot on..... all looked good. Heading to Joplin, 3 hrs away, we got our Coach parked and looked for a dealership nearby. Found Wood Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership in Carthage... 15 miles away! Great ! We drove over around 1:20 in afternoon. Talked with the Service Tech, Tyler about our problem. AND, that we were only in the area one night. He was a very nice, friendly, gentleman, attentive to our needs and let us know he would have someone look at it right away. Ok.... Cool. We'll wait!! Blessing #1~ Tyler came out, 15 mins later to let me know the problem... a faulty oil sending unit AND they had the part in stock. (Blessing #2). We gave him the green light to fix it. Surprisingly, 20 mins later, Tyler handed my keys to me and said..."you're all set ". (Blessing #3). How lucky could we get...... We were in and out in under 1 hour!!! Fabulous people to work with. We were not in the market to buy a new truck... but to have them repair our truck so quickly, was a good thing !! A big thank you goes out the them. We're able to move on down the road tomorrow to continue our travels.
