Super accommodating staff...they worked with me and my budget to get me into a super nice car...I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Went back in June after calling and asking if there was a Tahoe or Yukon and I was told yes there was a Yukon available and he had just got it in. I went and test drove it and it had some work that needed to be done so he was going to get it fixed as he had just had someone trade it in. I waited for almost 2 months with ME calling to check on it and even stopping in one or twice because Jimmy couldn't keep in contact. A few months later I saw it sitting outside and then it was gone I thought it just needed a few more repairs done so I stopped in to ask him about it. He said "I sold it, it was never going to be right for you. But I have something else that I just got in come and look at it. Thank you for being patient with me and supporting a local business I really don't want to lose you as a customer." After looking at it I told him I would be interested in it but yet again it had to be fixed as it was in the shop when he showed me. This was on Sept 14th I haven't gotten any updates on it. I have tried calling. But he just seems to think keeping in contact isn't necessary. I also told him I didn't want my credit ran until it was time to even buy the vehicle since he said it needed fixed and he said not a problem, I can wait to run it but let me use my program with what your salary is and your trade in to figure up an estimate... and he still ran my credit. Needless to say I went and got a vehicle from somewhere else because I can't keep waiting. This whole process has been going on since June it's almost been 5 months and after talking to people around town who have bought vehicles from him I dodged a bullet, most people say he sells a lot of lemons. I tried supporting a local business as I know it's hard for them with bigger towns being around but if you read reviews, and talk to people within our community you'll understand. read more

I called Jimmy on a car he had on craigslist today, one that I looked at last night. I wrote down the number and car year make and model. I asked him about the car and he gave me very little info about the car, but that's not the worst part. I then proceeded to ask him the price on the car and he told me, "he's not wasting his time, I called him from an ad on craigslist you should already know the price." What an arrogant piece of shit, I wouldn't buy anything from him if he was the last dealer on earth. What kind of nerve does this guy have telling me he's not wasting HIS time, I looked at 25-30 cars last night and couldn't tell you the price of any of them, I am a paying customer, I just bought a 2012 Buick Regal but needed something for my 17 year old son. So Jimmy if your listening or reading this, I hope your business fails soon you arrogant bastard. read more

I called and talked to JR, I ask him if he had a car I was looking for, he told me yes. We then talked price and agreed. We drove from Texas to pick it up on our way home. We stopped by made the deal final and I drove it home. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good car for a good price. We will be buying next year and I will check with them. read more

I bought 2 vehicles from them and the 2nd one he made me pay way over the value of the car which I traded my dodge ram in for. My truck has a lift on it and 2500 dollars tires and wheels which was worth alot more than the lemon I got. He claimed nothing was wrong with it but I've had it up at dodge to get fixed numerous times. Hundreds of dollars I've spent on it and still not completely fixed. He knew the problems because I told him and he put me off until the 30 days was up so there was nothing I could do. He will lie to u and RIP u off. Hes a smooth talker but dont fall for it. I wish I never traded my truck in with him and will NEVER deal with them again!!! read more

I saw a van on craigslist I thought my wife would like, so I called about it. I was working that Saturday so my wife went on down and drove it and she liked it. She said it drove nice but the brakes vibrated a little and the low tire pressure light was on. The van was very dirty but the salesman said they had been driving it. I called the following Monday and talked to JR Renfro, the owner. He said they would put new rotors on and fix the tire pressure sensor, which, by the way, they did. We went on Tuesday and paid for the van, but it wasn't ready yet because it was in the shop getting the rotors put on. During these conversations I asked and was told the van had two key transmitters. We went to the shop so I could see it (for the first time) just so I could see the tires, etc. It was still very dirty but the salesman said they would get it detailed. On Wednesday I called and the salesman Jason said that they just finished getting the work done but had to take it to Cassville to get it washed and he would bring it to us when it was finished. However, he really wanted us to come get it while it was still dirty. I insisted I wanted it clean as we had paid retail price for it. On thursday afternoon, tired of waiting on them to deliver it, my wife and daughter-n-law went to get it. They had moved it from Cassville back to their lot in Monett. When my wife got there she couldn't get anyone to come outside to go over it with her and could only find one key. When she asked the girl inside she was told, " I guess it just has one". These transmitters cost over $200 each. The van didn't even have enough gas in it to get out of Monett, and made a horrible noise from the back wheel on the way back to Crane. Their shop hadn't installed the brakes properly and they were trying to come apart, so I had to pay the shop in Crane to fix it so it was safe to drive. I also discovered why they wanted us to pick it up dirty, because there is actually body damage on the van that you couldn't see while it was covered in mud. I called the owner, JR Renfro about the problems and providing a second key transmitter I was told it already had and he ended up hanging up on me. When I talked to him the other day before I bought the van, considering how long he's been in the car business I was comfortable making a deal with him over the phone. My mistake, but it won't happen again. I'll spend several hundred dollars on the van before I even get it tagged because he wouldn't stand behind what I was told. By the way, I paid his asking price. They have proven to me that you can't believe what they tell you. Dealers like them are what give pre-owned dealers a bad name. read more
