I called him early in the week and he was able to fit me in on the most convenient time and day of the week for me. Michael arrived on time and was professional. He took the time to do the job right. He sprayed all my plants and bushes with water before cleaning the house as he said it would protect them from the chemical cleaner. Love this! He made the pavers behind my back porch look brand new (4-5 years old). And my windows have never been so clean. Plus the house and gutters looked great too! I will absolutely hire Michael again to clean the outside of my home! And next time I'll pull everything off my patio and let him clean that as well.

I only have carpet on my stairs purchased from Home Depot with a lifetime warranty that is only valid if I have the carpet cleaned once a year. Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs!

I couldn't even really hear it. My washing machine is honestly louder. They were also great working in the backyard and coming in the house even with my dog. It took under three hours and they arrived even a little early. Parked on the street with a truck and didn't block any neighbors' driveways which was nice. While…read morewe could have rented a pressure washer, we opted to have the Pressure Washing professionally done. We contacted 3 companies on a Saturday and only Ohana Pressure Washing returned our call that day (within 30 minutes). Ohana was the highest rated of all the 3 companies, and we can easily see why! Ohana Pressure Washing is Family Owned and Operated. We were promptly contacted by Stuart (who was very friendly and helpful in assessing our Pressure Washing Needs). We needed a lot of work done! Through phone/texts he answered all our questions and worked with us to provide an honest estimate. We later confirmed the services that Saturday Evening and Stuart set us up for a Tuesday appointment. Stuart gave us a 9-9:30am window for Tuesday. Stuart and another Ohana Employee arrived within that time. We he had the following services completed: House softwash Low pressure direct application of cleaning solution to gently remove insect debris and organic stains from exterior of home, ( Gutter exteriors, soffits, eves, and siding). - Ohana was very thorough in getting to hard to reach areas and the attention to detail of cleaning was impressive! Hand wash window screens. - They took apart all of the screens of the house and ensured they were cleaned and glass windows squeegeed! All the work was completed by 12:00pm! If we were to have rented a pressure washer, it probably would have taken us at least a couple of days! They did an excellent, thorough job. They even cleaned areas that could be missed by other companies. Stuart did a walkthrough of the services performed and explained "Ohana" means family. He said we are part of his family now. I truly believe that...just from how much pride they took in the job completed! If you are in need of pressure washing services big or small, definitely recommend Ohana Pressure Washing! Easily 5 stars!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my mother and I had with…read moreyour company during our condominium transition. At first, we trusted that we were in good hands, especially since your service came recommended. Unfortunately, that confidence has been completely shattered. Major Issues We Encountered: * Many of my mother's belongings were packed while still dirty, and over half of the items were delivered stained or in poor condition. * Boxes arrived unlabeled, causing unnecessary confusion and stress during an already difficult move. * Your team declared the job "done" without unpacking or assisting my elderly mother in any way, despite her clear need for help. * Customer service has been completely unacceptable. I personally left a voicemail for the owner, Gina, at the number provided by the property manager, but we never received a call back. * My mother did not have access to her phone or answering machine at the time. We provided an alternate cell number, which was never used. * The property manager has my name and contact number, and I expected to be contacted directly--yet no one followed up with me. To make matters worse, we have now received a voicemail and email claiming there is a past due balance for "additional laundry" that was supposedly cleaned. This is absolutely outrageous. We received: * Dirty clothes (many not belonging to us), * Dirty and damaged mirrors, * Boxes of the wrong or missing items, * And overall, an experience that no one should be subjected to--especially an elderly woman. At this point, it feels like your company took complete advantage of my mother. The entire situation is a disgrace, and the way it's being handled is unacceptable. We paid for professional, respectful service and instead received disorganized, incomplete, and careless treatment. We expect someone to take immediate responsibility for this and make it right--for both my mother and myself.
