I like the fact that he has his own area where he works. He's not some rim rim operation that pulls up in your driveway with a junky power washer. I have a Ford flex. It was pretty darn dirty when I bought it. It didn't look so dirty until he pulled the seats back. He did not add on to the original quoted price even though he spent an extra three hours on it. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I must say this owner Chris works by himself,so he knows the job is done right, and I must say he did a spectacular job! He met my standards by cleaning every nook and cranny even under things. He did not miss the door jams. He did a great job on the windows. He did the inside and the outside of my truck. It looks like and smells like a new truck and it is a 2009. He even got the stuff off the outside of the doors by the mirror. He also went out of his way and picked me up and dropped me off at home home. I find it very odd that I am writing a review of a car wash... but something needs to be said of…read morethis! I believe it has changed ownerships a few times, so the last sign I saw may have said "Heights Car Wash", but it could be called "Doofus's Car Wash" and I would still go. The previous owner was borderline creepy, but I'm happy to report the current one is much more respectful. It is conveniently located just off I-75 on 11-mile, so for those in RO this works out swimmingly. For a measly $3 you can get the basic carwash, and the prices are $3, 4 and 5 respectively. $2 extra will get you all 4 wheels sprayed with that stuff that makes them shiny. Armorall? Major bonus points = if you buy any amount of gas, you can get $1 off your wash. So for $2 you can get a carwash, and this isn't your typical drive-thru carwash shenanigans. They start by brushing down your car (by hand) with soap and a big brush, getting it good and soaked. A pre-wash, per say. Then a quick couple seconds through the carwash, followed by a few more seconds of hurricane-like winds to blow off all the water. I was often concerned at the soap bubbles I (thought) to see, but upon inspection, no soap residue. They even - most often than not - have someone at the end to hand towel the excess off. For that, ladies and gentleman, I will gladly throw in a generous tip, and you should too.
