I've now visited SkinDC several times for treatment of eczema affecting both hands, particularly several fingers on my right hand. Madeleine Sowash and team have consistently been professional, attentive, and very clear and informative. They've recommended different ointments and creams to help alleviate my symptoms, while clearly explaining how and when to use them. Since beginning treatment, I've experienced noticeable improvement in the itching, irritation, discomfort, and tenderness, and I'm very pleased with the progress I've made. The overall patient experience has also been positive. The check-in process is pleasant and efficient, and the team is very responsive when I need prescription refills. I also appreciate that my care has focused not only on providing relief, but on determining what may be triggering the eczema. I'm looking forward to patch testing in the near future to help identify potential allergens and hopefully provide some additional answers. Metered street parking is available nearby. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with SkinDC. I appreciate Madeleine Sowash and the entire team for the professional, informative, responsive, and comprehensive care I've received.
