Great pizza! After a long day on the river we got to go from here and took it back to our house. We got there before dinner rush on a Wednesday. They were quick with getting it prepared and offered water while we waited. We got two Caesar salads, three pizzas and two cheese breads for 6 of us. Salads were good, nothing spectacular but solid. Pizza was great, large slices (8 for a 16inch) thin crust but the edges were thick, crusty on the outside chewy in the middle. We got basic cheese and pepperoni but they had some other kinds like Buffalo chicken or Pig Sooie that looked good. Will definitely return when we're back in Jasper. read more

After 8 miles of kayaking on the Buffalo River we were starving! This place did not disappoint. We got the Spicy Pepperoni and the Stone St. Supreme. The pepperoni pizza had the right amount of spice and the caramelized onions on the Stone St. Supreme was an interesting combination with the other toppings. Give me a pizza crust that has the perfect char with quality ingredients and I am a happy man. By the way, get the giant cookie. The small amount of salt gives it a sweet and salty taste that will make you keep eating even when you are full. The only reason that I did not give it more than 4 stars is because atmosphere is lacking but hey, who chooses a pizza place for atmosphere. read more

Ordered the Margherita and a meatball sub. The pizza was unbelievably crisp, fresh, and clearly made with love. Dave Portnoy would rate it a 10 for the crispy crust. The sub was big and meatballs were perfectly seasoned and swimming in a perfect red sauce. The sub was a lottle burnnt but I actually like a little char on the bread. My wife loved the generous Greek salad and we all loved the cheese dip ( one of the best we've ever enjoyed). My husband and I were in town for the weekend and ate at Jasper Pizza Company- best pizza ever! Seriously my favorite pizza I have ever had. We got the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza and one of their giant chocolate chip cookies. The pizza was a thin crust style with crispy bites every bite. The crust was fluffy and crispy, amazing. The pepperonis werent overly greasy. And there was a cheese pull. The sauce had bits of real tomato in it too. Amazing. The giant cookie was perfect! Soft and chewy. The staff is really nice and the place is cute! We sat next to a wood burning fireplace, perfect for the snowy weather. 10/10 will come to Jasper again for this pizza!! read more

March 15-17, 2024: My husband and I were in Jasper enjoying our beautiful cabin and the local hiking trails. our first day we did the Hemmed In Hollow Waterfall trail and we didnt want to go out to eat so we decided to try the local pizza place. this pizza is amazing! We ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño and a cheese pizza and both were superb! This staff was ontop of the orders coming in and out and we received our pizzas in the time we were told (20 min). I wasn't planning on having one of the best pizzas I've ever ate today but it occurred in Jasper! The crust was perfect. Crisp with a little flop. Lots of pepperoni and just the right amount of sauce. Greasy enough to know you're eating pizza but not enough where you have to take a stack of napkins to it. What a fun and delicious option in Jasper. We were staying in a nearby cabin and were looking for a Friday night meal. We chose the supreme type pizza (not sure what they called it). The crust was crispy and light, toppings were fresh and delicious (caught a bite of fresh basil every few bites) and there was loads of gooey mozzarella. It was all so good. Service was attentive. Saw some other folks eating yummy looking salad, wings, etc. And if I hadn't eaten so much pizza probably would've tried the cannoli for dessert. It looked quite enticing. This place hasn't been open long, but I hope they make a go of it. I'd love to eat there again when I'm in Jasper.
