The tow driver hooked up a winch and winched our truck up on the flatbed, causing $3000 worth of suspension damage. When I called Peanuts to discuss the matter, the woman hung up me. To make matters worse, she must have turned off the phone because all I get is a recorder voice message from the carrier. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. THEY ARE BAD NEWS!

not a good company no communication what so ever and are just unprofessional.the lady didn't have…read moremy card information and told me the driver was out on another call she would let me know when he got done.i told her i would give her my card information when i got home and when he returned.after reading their reviews, we never spoke again.i paid another company $560 to drive over four hours to tow my jeep.when they got there the jeep was missing.I had to wait until the next morning to locate my jeep because peanuts towing had taken my vehicle without letting me know or consent and moving it over 100 miles without even letting me know it made it to the destination.It was plenty of time(over 7 hours) before second tow truck driver got to where my vehicle was parked and peanuts never let me know anything about the vehicle getting moved or towed.and all without payment.after all that the owner texts my phone and says i'm a liar and she dosent care about my review i can't make this up

Took our truck there to have some parts replaced , in the process they busted a hose on it , claim…read morethey can't find the part anywhere and proceeded to tape the hose wasn't going to say anything , if we hadn't looked under the hood we would not have know and then treated us as if done something wrong , just standing and not addressing us or giving any explanation as to why they could be responsible for something they messed up , I am pissed will never do business with them again I felt as if we was profiled and didn't care if we was satisfied with the service or not
