I have stayed in the two of Jason's properties in Gulfport Beach, The Beach House and The Wine Cellar. Where to start? The homes are Spotless, They are very well designed and make you feel like you are on vacation. Jason offers a free bottle of wine, snacks, coffee and tea with a ton of other things you need in the cupboards like oil and spices etc... He offers shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath salts, bath bombs, loofahs, razors, tooth brushes and individual tooth paste. I just cant list everything the houses are stocked with, he really goes above and beyond to make sure you want for nothing. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. Like, you cant get out of bed even when you want to because they are so dang comfy. Me and My girlfriends love to stay at his places in Gulfport Beach because it is 2 blocks from the strip where we walk to for shopping, food, fun and drinks and 4 blocks from the beach. its centrally located so we can Uber to Downtown St. Pete or the St Pete beaches for less then 15 bucks. I have always given him a 5 star on my stays and I am happy to do it on Yelp now that he has listed here. read more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wine Cellar property. It was just as described - very clean, nicely remodeled, and close to the shops and restaurants in Gulfport. 10 minutes from the beach and in a nice quaint neighborhood where you can walk to the water and the restaurants without crossing major highways, but a close drive to so many other places also. The kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans, utensils, appliances, and spices and seasonings to cook a meal. We appreciated the nice quality towels and linens and comfortable beds and furniture and all the available items like the hair dryer, toothbrushes, razors, etc. We will be back when we are on the area again! read more

Lovely, well thought out, well decorated, and full of amenities. Close to park, beaches, and town. We walked to the city park with playground, bench swings, walking path and little beach, full of discoveries and some shells. The bathroom and kitchen are both stocked with any toiletries or cooking supplies we might have forgotten (shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom. Cooking oils, spices, vinegars, condiments in the kitchen). We enjoy the screened in patio in the morning and at night as we can hear bird calls, watch Florida chameleons and view the lovely plants and flowers in bloom. read more

Jason has been a great host! The house is gorgeous and super clean! I was really impressed with the attention to detail and unique style of the place. The wine cellar theme is carried throughout. If we had to choose, Our favorite things about the house are the outdoor patio space and the proximity to the beach. The patio has games, tv, and seating; great place to spend the Evening. Gulfport beach is True lay an ease walk right up the street. If you have fur Babies, Jason thoughtfully provides bowls, treats and toy! Benjie is having a blast! This has been the best vacation home for our little family. It has had everything we have needed to make our vacation complete. The location is amazing and so quaint! Jason was super accommodating and recommended multiple things to do and places to eat. We were provided with beach chairs and beach towels for the beach, which was super helpful because I am 9 months pregnant! There were even colored bath bombs in the bathroom that our 22 month old LOVED! We have already said that when we book our vacation next year, we would love to stay again. This was our first Airbnb stay and we were a little nervous at first. But the minute we walked into the house, we new we will have a great time here. The location is ideal for just a short drive to visit the beach or downtown and Gulfport is fun to explore on foot. The place is very quite, clean, fully renovated, very well equipped. This is our last night at Jason's Wine Cellar. Jason's place has exceeded our expectations. The place is very clean , cozy and modern decor. The pictures don't do it justice. Our favorite part of the home was the enclosed /screened patio. We spend our evenings relaxing watching TV and enjoying the breeze with no bugs! There is a small business district within walking distance. There are great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed exploring. I would definitely recommend Jason's Wine Cellar! read more

We stayed at The Beach House in Gulfport. It was exactly as promised and Jason was simply amazing as a host. It was spotless, luxurious, and had a very comfortable bed.
