It's nice and spacious, and was reasonably priced when I moved in, although it's quite a bit less so now as I've been here quite a few years and the rent keeps going up. I will say that I have never lived anywhere where the water is shut off even a tenth as frequently as here. As I write this, the water is currently off for the second time this week. They (usually) let us know in advance via the apartment's app, but if you're like me, I get so many useless notifications on my phone (including from said app itself) that I seldom see it, and usually I find out by something like going to take a shower and having nothing happen when I turn in on.

Now, our daughter, son-in-law & 3 Grandchildren come with us every year. Through the years we have invited many family members & friends who now also make the Coral their only vacation destination every year. We have met people from all over the world who are now great friends and we all coordinate our dates to meet every year at the Coral. I wouldn't want to spend a week in Florida anywhere else. The Condos are clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook with. The size of the pool is perfect unlike many very small pools at other large resorts. The pool at the Coral is ALWAYS CLEAN and never over crowded due to the small number of units which I love!! The fishing pier is wonderful. You can see dolphins & manatees at times during the day. I hope this wonderful place remains for many years to come. I would recommend Coral Resort Condos to anyone. Once you vacation there I can promise you'll want to go back.

Major projects are sometimes unavoidable. Rather, we believe the extent of the disruptions affecting our stay was never adequately disclosed. During our booking discussions in the summer of 2025, no mention was made of major construction. The day before our arrival, we received an email describing a "much needed facelift" and advising us to expect some "exciting activity" during weekdays. What we actually experienced was far more disruptive. Workers repeatedly used our unit to transport equipment and materials, scaffolding was erected on our balcony, and our exterior windows and doors were covered with plastic for nearly three weeks, eliminating most natural light, airflow, and views. Noise, dust, and limited pool access further reduced our enjoyment of what was intended to be a premium six-week winter vacation. After discussing our concerns and requesting compensation, we were offered only a 10% discount on a future rental, the same offer apparently extended to guests whose units were affected far less than ours. Had we known the true extent of the disruptions before arrival, we would have seriously considered alternative accommodations. Our complaint is not that construction occurred. Rather, the full scope of the disruptions--including scaffolding, workers repeatedly entering through our unit, plastic-covered windows for nearly three weeks, loss of balcony use, noise, dust, and limited pool access--was never disclosed before or during our stay, leaving us without a realistic opportunity to make alternative arrangements

After paying to stay in this condo, we were shocked to be hit with a $200 "cleaning" charge for items that were nothing more than normal, minor use -- including wiping out a freezer and cleaning a stovetop. These were simple wipe-down tasks that do not justify an outrageous fee. Even more concerning was the way our service dog was treated. Our dog is a legitimate service animal who has been accompanying us for over a decade, yet the property attempted to report him. The lack of understanding, professionalism, and respect shown toward a trained service animal was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. A rental company should understand the difference between normal occupancy and damage. Charging excessive fees for routine cleaning while questioning a service animal reflects a lack of fairness and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. There are many rental options available where guests can expect to be treated with basic respect and where reasonable expectations are applied.

There is no office access. We saw multiple people trying to access the office, obviously it was not communicated to them that this is now a "no contact" facility. 2nd complaint- there were SEVERAL huge bags of laundry sitting outside on the patio of said "office" for days. 3rd complaint- the 4 people "on staff" who were of which no identification that they were employees until we saw them with brooms, mops, etc. They were extremely RUDE. In example, a larger heavy set man was there and we asked him to unlock the laundry room so we could do our laundry. He was very rude in his response and asked what we needed and if it was personal items or needing towels, we said personal items and he laughed and said "ok, well it should be open", not offering to open the doors for us after we just told him it was locked. So, we found the second employee on staff who was identified with a "maintenance" name tag, and asked him if he would open the laundry room for us, he kindly opened them for us. 4th complaint- there was another said employee that was not uniformed violently pushing the chairs in the patio and taking guests personal towels that were laid out on chairs to their laundry basket. He was also going up to guests who were eating and asking them if they were finished with their food. He was very rude to interact with and he was not professional in any manner, just as the heavy set gentleman. 5th complaint- MOLD. There was mold all on the inside of our shower and growing on the shower curtain (see photos). 6th complaint- This is the icing on top of the cake- our flight was scheduled to leave very early, so we had to get up and going around 3 am. Waking up and walking into the kitchen, there were not one, but TWO COCKROACHES crawling on the floor!!!! My phone was not with me and as soon as I moved to go grab my phone, they ran straight under the refrigerator. As if the complaints above weren't enough for us to ever return, the last complaint was. This establishment used to be so well ran and high class. All I can say is wow, we will never return to Belleair Beach Club. It was also communicated amongst other guests we had met there that they have been staying there for years and were also very disappointed in the way this establishment has went downhill very quickly.

Beachfront location and most rooms have a private balcony for your viewing pleasure. We've enjoyed our stays here, twice now. Several of the units are privately owned, either way, such a nice place to stay and relax. Location is key in choosing a vacation rental. At Belleair Beach Club, you're literally minutes from Clearwater, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete and Tampa. Just about anything you want to do is a short drive. Plenty of good eats in the area as well as nightlife activities. Only negative I have for this years trip is the slight eyesore of the massive pipeline spanning the beach with the ship sitting about a half mile offshore - but not to worry, they're just dredging to increase the size of the beach so it will be even bigger when we return!!

We had the carriage house which is a small studio and beautiful just for two people for a few days. Since It was Halloween weekend, they left us a little bucket with Halloween candy and two T-shirts which I thought was a really nice touch. I highly recommend Sarah's Seaside. I spoke to Janet when making my reservation, she was wonderful and very helpful. They have lounge chairs on the beach with the great pillows, cabana (no charge) bikes if you want to ride also free, a washer and dryer if you want to wash your clothes, and yup free. Everyone is very accommodating. Staff a wonderful, Janet my contact at the resort cane by and introduced herself, showed us around. Overall a wonderful experience.

The grounds at Sarah's are beautiful, well kept and the foliage makes you feel like you are in the tropics, so many different palm tress, banana trees (that have bananas growing). Many different flowering plants. Pool that is shared within this small complex is very welcoming and relaxing. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, well decorated and all the supplies for cooking your own meals if you want. Pam and I stayed in the Carriage House while my 2 sons and family with 3 children stayed in the Governors Main where the porch is shaded with great view of the beautiful sunsets. Great place for family vacation or reunion. Owners and staff and very nice, welcoming and available for any special needs. They will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the vacation that will be in our memories for years to come.
