Used something similar to what we had at home to clean our carpets. Smell did not come out and they said to let them know and they would come back out. Texted back and forth 3 times and he said they would get us in. After a week I texted them again and he said he'd get us on the schedule by Saturday. Never heard another thing. Ended up cleaning our carpets with our home carpet cleaner and the water was black . This was in a room we haven't used because of the carpet issue's , so it wasn't a high traffic room. Didn't expect it to be so dirty right after being cleaned professionally. I emailed and texted once more to see if they'd come back out and heard nothing. We just had another company come today and it was much more high quality equipment and actually steam cleaned.

They look brand new! Curve balls don't scare them - I threw in a couple of rugs at the last minute and they happily accepted and were able to adjust my bill accordingly on the spot. The charges are very reasonable and this company will back up their service by coming back free if stains return. One morning my dog, who has a taste for black mulch, did a number on my carpet. I was skeptical, but Jeff sent a crew within a few hours and the black stain came right out! You won't regret using this company.

The estimate for the initial deep clean was for 300 and each session would be 140 after. We agreed to proceed. They said they would show up at 11 on Friday. They didn't show until after 2. After they showed, they called to say that they were wrong with their estimate and that they needed 500 for the deep clean. After several calls back and forth, we agreed to pay 50 extra but felt like we were bait and switched. They were in the house and we were stuck. The cleaning job was good but the cleaners and staff were not friendly. After a week of the deep clean, they informed us that their estimate of 140 is wrong and they want 200 per visit. For comparison, our previous service did clean our home for 140 a visit. They don't seem to care and don't want to rectify this, so we will be taking our business elsewhere and you should too UPDATE- after this post, we were contacted by the owner. She was very nice and apologized for how the initial interaction was handled. She worked with us on a plan and sent in a crew to clean our home last week. The team did a phenomenal job and the house looked great. They were personable and showed they really cared about our satisfaction. I appreciate their follow up and have changed my opinion of their company and service as a result.
