Snow White Carpet Cleaning is a truly wonderful, very professional company!…read moreMy husband and I needed to have our carpets cleaned, but all of the carpet cleaning companies were booked solid. I wanted to use this company, because their online reviews were mostly 4/5 stars, with excellent comments about them. Finally there was a last -minute cancellation, and they were able to get me in. I certainly was not disappointed at all in the expert service, very courteous and highly competent young man, Hugo, who came to my house, and the end results. He listened to all I wanted to have done, and after I showed him the rooms where I wanted the carpet to be cleaned, he gave me a very good quote on the price. I was blown away at how reasonable it was. Our carpets were badly in need of a cleaning, and had numerous pet stains, other stains on them. When Hugo had finished the job, I was amazed at how wonderful our carpets looked, and they smelled so fresh too. The stains were gone, and our carpets looked beautiful! They will even move your furniture for you, if you cannot do it yourself. We wanted our carpets to dry quicker, so Hugo even set up industrial fans all around the house to make that happen. Sierra and Julie are great to find out everything you need before they arrive, so they will be fully equipped to do your complete service. It is a very efficient company that way too. Hugo answered all the questions I had, and I could tell he really knew so much about cleaning carpets and doing the best job possible. He is a very conscientious young man, and his goal is your complete satisfaction with this cleaning service. The office staff, particularly Sierra and Julie, were very cordial to me every time I would speak to them on the phone, and Sierra promised me she would call me if she got a cancellation. I had complete confidence that she would do that. I was right! The next day, she called me and excitedly told me she had a cancellation. I was so impressed that she followed through and contacted me to get scheduled. Hugo had done such an incredible job that I wanted to write this five-star company a review that they certainly deserve. I highly recommend this company, who has been in this business forty years, and we will use them for many years to come. It is such a blessing, in this age of scams and people who take advantage of you, to find this company that is all about treating their customers with respect, doing outstanding work, and being efficient ,but extremely thorough and very accommodating. You will not be sorry if you use this carpet cleaning company. You will be thrilled that you did! Teacher 4 Ever

Until now! This carpet cleaner, Andrew is his name, really cleaned the carpets deep down, and cheaper than anyone else too! He didn't just run the machine over the area but really made sure the carpets were clean, smelled good and were protected like I've never seen done before. He also explained what made carpets dirty and what it takes to make carpets clean, how to maintain them and what to do in emergencies, like bad spills and such. I know a lot more about carpet care now which is helpful. My carpets are clean and healthy again and I'm not broke from it! I checked their website testimonials and was impressed. I called and I got Dylan. We set up an appointment to which he was very prompt. We measured out the rooms and Dylan provided an estimate on the spot that was later confirmed by written estimate listing all the services to be performed. There was no need to get more estimates I think everyone in Wichita is aware that in aviation, training is required by the FAA, for every job done to the aircraft. City Steam Clean employees are trained by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. Dylan knows his business and he is super helpful in providing information and tips; on what to do and when and how to do it to get the most wear out of your carpet. Dylan and Bryce worked diligently two days cleaning our Sanctuary, Pew Upholstery, classrooms, Multipurpose gym, and the connecting hall. The City Steam Clean process of steam and high vacuum coupled with their Encapsulation Extraction Carpet Cleaner resulted in great compliments from church members.   Thank you City Steam Clean, Andrew, Dylan and Bryce, Cliff Moore Westside Bible Chapel
