Based on my recent experience I cannot recommend Dr. Bhadra. Saw him recently for pain due to a…read morefall. He said unless my pain was due to surgery or a broken bone he would not complete the Drs. Statement for Aflac. He said my primary Dr. should complete the form, which she did, but she stated that Dr Bhadra really should have completed the document. Aflac denied my coverage because the primary care doctor was not the "treating" doctor. So I received no reimbursement for missing work for 3 weeks. Not all of us can afford to miss work without some financial assistance. One other thing: I had a follow-up tele-visit with Dr. Bhadra. I waited an hour for him and finally hung up. He then called me. I will never go back there.

The back office, specifically billing is terrible. She said she couldn't do that and would mail it out. On September 1, I called back, during business hours, since I had still not received the receipt and had to leave a message. No call back and still no receipt as of this post. I called again today, 9/6 and had to leave another message. If you are in need of an orthopedic, I would look elsewhere. I had to leave 1 star to post this review otherwise I would have left 0. Very unprofessional.
