They have pretty solid COVID restrictions, with asks to put in all paperwork and payment virtually to minimize any time spent in the office. There is also a waiting area outside as well, though they ask you to stay in your car until they call you when the doctor is almost ready. I saw Dr. Scherl who was very professional in his bedside manner and had plenty of expertise. He was able to treat and resolve my issue quickly and took care of the problem gently. The staff was also very professional and friendly. Overall I thought this was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for ENT care.

Don't expect to be seen on time, and if your appointment is later in the day, forget about making it home for dinner.
